Bought a whole case of "Geekbars" from this store. 4 out of 5 from the case come up invalid when you try to verify them on the GeekBar website. I attached pictures and confirmation from GeekBar that they aren't actual Geekbars. I contacted the shop over a week ago and tried to speak to a manager who wouldn't speak to me and still hasn't even called me back in regards to the matter, contacted BBB and opened a case, and also reported them to the FDA. As a retail manager myself, I actually do understand return policies and sympathize with the employees at this shop because its honestly not their faults in any way that this happened. What I dont understand is the lack of concern from the manager and no communication whatsoever on this whole matter. Its extremely upsetting and disappointing, which is why I don't recommend buying products from this shop until they find a new trustworthy distributor to buy from. Be safe! Check the authenticity of your products if you do decide to purchase from this shop, but prepare to loose a big chunk of change if they happen to be fraudulent. ***UPDATE as of 2/3/2026*** Notice how the owner won't even address this comment, but will address other recent 1 star reviews. This place is up priced on all items, you can find the same product anywhere cheeper then here. Shisha for the hookah is normally 5-6$ it's - 10$ here you pay almost double for the same product you can get across the street. If not having to show I.D. When shopping is worth double price be your own guest. If your grown person and not a kid that shops here then just go elsewhere. Negative stars. read more

This place basically stole my money. I went in for a disposable vape pen and I forgot to ensure I had transferred the money I needed onto my card before walking in. I didn't think about it until they only charge the $7 I had left on there at the time. They told me how much I owed and I spent the next 20 minutes trying to get into my bank account to make the transfer but was unable to, the app was messing up. So I asked if they could refund what was already charged and I would come back later once I got my account right. They told me they couldn't do that. They're set up to charge you down to $0 if you don't have enough and then they tell you their cars system doesn't work for refunds . What?!?! The hat makes no sense whatsoever. They offered me a little pre-roll that was less than they already took from me but I can't smoke like that which is why I get the vape pens. After going back and forth with them for a little it was clear they weren't interested in refunding my money. Be careful with this place. Love this place for all my related needs. Great products and even better service. I go in and mostly speak with Chance. Awesome customer service, he knows what he's talking about, and he did really well with bridging the gap between customer and a real friend. I so happy I found this place. The product is great but, the staff Katelyn, Mike and chance are the best. Everyone I go in, which is 3-4 days a week the atmosphere and their attitudes are always to the up most care for the guest that come thru the doors.
