Don't waste your time with this company. On November 23rd, 2021, I placed an order for a mod, batteries and a tank. I was excited to get an email on the 24th saying it was shipped with a link to tracking info. I looked at the tracking info and noticed it said the order was delivered in August. I immediately contacted them and they said USPS reuses tracking numbers and all will be well once they scanned the package. A few days later I received an email saying package was delivered when it was not and even the tracking info didn't say delivered. I contacted them again with zero response. After a few more contacts, I received a reply with a copy and paste message of the original reply. This fiasco when on for over 16 days and then I got an email saying they refunded my order minus the shipping charges. So I paid them $9.99 of shipping costs for zero product that I never received because of a botched shipping job. After all this nonsense I received a trouble ticket where each time I reasoned, I received a new email with a new trouble ticket number. I'm sure that all the 5 star reviews this company has are from family, friends and paid for reviews from Yelp review farms in India. I recommend you stay aware from this scam company. read more

My brother ordered products from this store's website. He submitted the age verification information more than once so he called the location to get assistance through customer service. He requested that they assist him with his age verification or refund his money as it was a fairly significant transaction. Cody answered and refused to help in anyway before hanging up on my brother. We called back to ask to speak to a supervisor, which according to Cody, there was no supervisor on site during the weekends. We requested the email for the supervisor and we're given incorrect information multiple times. My brother is now canceling his order through his bank because of the blatant refusal of this "customer service" employee to refund his money or address the problem. Multiple reviews on Facebook elude to the same issues being experienced by many others. This company lacks customer service skills, they refuse to refund your money and even hang up on you while trying to address issues with their services. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Visiting from out of state and needing supplies for my Ijust 2, I stopped in here after a quick search online for retailers carrying my setup local to the McKinney area. In previous years, I've visited two retailers closer to 75 for juice, but had been disappointed with service and overall appearance of the stores, so I didn't have high expectations. I was in a bit of a mood after dealing with losing my airflow control ring and running on a burnt coil for the past two days- leaks and poor flavor as well as poor draws left me... Irritable, to say the least. Upon walking into the store, I was struck by how small the place was, but it was incredibly clean and professional looking- very well kept. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and quick to assist me- going above and beyond to help a stressed out chick get what she needed. Turns out they were out of stock of my coil, but he set me up with a coil from what he said was going to be the next floor model, and even gave me a complete set of rings, all for the low price of a coil. I was truly taken aback by his willingness to help, even offering to pay for the complete starter kit, but he kindly refused. I'm sure they treat all customers in the same respect, but knowing I was likely a one and done customer (I live in Maryland and had explained as much) he still treated me like a regular- and that went a long way with me. Still thinking about that great customer service ten hours later with a vape that's running like new. I'll definitely make this shop my go to when I'm in town visiting my parents... yes I went in and gonner sold me a griffin rba and cotton and coils, I asked for help putting together and was told I have no idea so I put together in store and all liquid poured out through air hole I ask him again if he could help figure it out or I would like to return it he couldn't get apart and told me take apart and clean and he would exchange it. then I did that and had to get tank I didn't want I opened coils and cotton so I didn't mind keeping them my bad I ask him for coils and he said he didn't have them came back while Claire was here next week and they had them I was in shop the other day and he selling new kit charger and juice the young lady ask anything else needed he said no, then 30 mins later she came back no batteries, he is not helpful at all and seems to not care about customers I have never seen employee leave you and go in back for you to figure out mods etc I wish he was 1/4th as helpful as others there. I had been looking non stop for a bubblegum ejuice that was affordable...especially if I wasn't sure whether I'd like it or not. I stumbled across Central Vapors and am so happy I did. On price and customer service-- they were absolutely incredible. I just got my three ejuice flavors in today and they are all really great. I mixed the bubblegum and cotton candy and the flavor is incredible ( yes, I'm a gigantic kid that wants to VAPE candy....but it tastes sooooooooooo damn good!). Order turn around time was super quick and there are a number of perks like a rewards program and raffles for 250 ml.bottles of ejuice. I'm sure there are the VAPE geeks who will turn their noses up at this review,but if I can pay 1/2 of what I pay for a comparable product-- then why wouldn't I?? I men if the glass bottle and sillyass packaging is worth the extra 20.00 to you,then have at it,but I'm gonna take their AFFORDABLE ejuice. Will I stop buying other favorites- NO, will I stop patronizing my local shops- NO,but if it's a flavor from Central Vapors that I like, want to try,or am looking for a great price on a new VAPE setup-- then I'll be using Central Vapors.
