The technician who happens to be the manager accommodated me quickly. She was wearing "Reflective Cats Eye" polish which caught my eye and asked if she could try it on me. I said of course. I wear a clear top coat with the exception of my ring finger on each hand usually a "sparkle" color. OH MY, I absolutely love it. The service was excellent, the music was country (at the time) and the cost is comparable to what I pay in Texas. It's a great place without all the loud noises some salons have. Upon approaching the spa after their system charged me twice, the front desk attendant was very rude and said we'd need to take this matter up with our bank. The bank actually commented saying that this happens often with this business and reversed the second charge. This management then charged my bank AGAIN for a service I NEVER RECEIVED AND paid for twice. The one service/gift card that my spouse did redeem was less than desirable even requesting that customers book massages on weekdays and daytime hours ONLY. The spa experience was less than average as well. Please do NOT waste your time or risk your hard earned money being stolen from this horribly run facility. Their doors should be permanently closed!
