Upon approaching the spa after their system charged me twice, the front desk attendant was very rude and said we'd need to take this matter up with our bank. The bank actually commented saying that this happens often with this business and reversed the second charge. This management then charged my bank AGAIN for a service I NEVER RECEIVED AND paid for twice. The one service/gift card that my spouse did redeem was less than desirable even requesting that customers book massages on weekdays and daytime hours ONLY. The spa experience was less than average as well. Please do NOT waste your time or risk your hard earned money being stolen from this horribly run facility. Their doors should be permanently closed!

I've had chronic back issues for over 20 years. Recently, I threw out my back while training at the…read moregym, and with my experience, rest and ice only go so far...so, after a couple visits to the chiropractor, I needed to incorporate massage therapy. I've had over a hundred massages and Mimi is a Diamond! She worked predominantly on my back for an hour and was conscious of my pressure preference (which is strong). She found pressure points, and knots that I never realized were there. She also does productive stretches to measure how well the muscles were responding to the massage, and my back now feels tremendous. I definitely recommend her as one of the best I've ever experienced! Side note: she reminded me of a loving auntie back in Hawai'i. Very gracious and offered me her homemade ginger tea, a big hug and Korean food next time I came. A real treasure here in Billings!
