They got me a new set of tires, oil change, air filter (I really needed one) and even a cabin filter. They were not pushy at all and even had finance options if I did not want to pay up 100% up front. This review is several months late as I am going in this week to get my tires rotated (free since I purchased tires at Loftis) as well as I need oil change. Thanks again Loftis. But unlike the other Goodyear locations, they do what they say they'll do when they say they'll do it. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, and I never feel taken advantage of. They never talk down to me and have never tried to sell me a service I didn't know I needed. Today, for instance, I took my late model Volvo in for an oil change and because of some odd performance issues I was concerned about. They changed my oil, did an inspection, and drove it around and found nothing out of the ordinary. They identified the issue I was experiencing, explained what it was, and that it's just evidence of my aging vehicle and nothing to worry about. They could have sold me something and I'd have believed them, but once again I'm checking out paying less than I thought I would. It's now the only place I'll take this car.
