The owner became very rude and told me that if I wanted to wait on my vehicle that I could get someone else to do the job. He stated no hard feelings and it didn't matter to him either way. He said it was because of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, I call bullshit on that. No one was wearing face masks or social distancing in the building. The owner also stated that it would take 3-4 hrs to complete the job because they would be working on other vehicles at the same time. It takes nowhere near that long to do what I needed to be done. If you're working on 3-4 other vehicles at a time you are bound to make a mistake. That's what appointments are for!
