The prices are very fair and they even had some shoes on clearance. Character shoes seemed to range from $40-$80. I received very friendly customer service and I was appreciative of the help and advice. One thing I really liked is that they did not try to rush me or force me to choose quickly. They also did not try to push me into buying the more expensive option. Instead, they offered to put shoes on hold for me so that I could think about it and come back if I needed to since I was in between two styles. Another thing I liked is that they had a wood floor inserted into the room with a ballet barre so that people can properly get the feel of a shoe on a dance floor. They also have a bathroom which is always nice. Overall, I highly recommend this dance store! It is so refreshing to find a good one with friendly employees, fair prices, and a wide selection.

I asked the woman if a company makes split sole slippers for toddlers. I was a dancer for years and I knew what I wanted. She said no. I didn't really believe her, but my daughter was so excited to have ballet slippers, I didn't have the heart to leave without getting a pair. So I bought a Capezio pair for $22. I promptly went home and found split sole slippers on amazon for much less, from a reputable brand.
