They think they are the only testing labs in the community so they think they entitle to treat every patients rude and disrespected! It is my doctor's choice within their network to use them . There are some hand sanitizers available for patients to use. This place is open and available with limited capacity. They are sanitizing in between patients. I mention these things in my reviews for the sake of protecting immunocompromised people like the elderly and people sick with cancer and other illnesses. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was here in this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is pretty big, but the lot does get full very quickly since they share the lot with a lot of medical offices. Some parking spots are smaller than others, so watch out! Establishment: The establishment itself is very clean, neat, tidy, and organized. Staff: The staff here are very friendly, welcoming, informative, and funny. Seriously, from the receptionists to the MRI techs, everyone was phenomenal. I like how the MRI techs walk you through what you'll experience before the exam starts. They also have a changing room / locker room for you to change and leave your stuff in. They have a nice mini waiting room inside with a bathroom and water dispenser once you exit the main waiting room. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum, but they charge 3% if you use your credit card.

It was supposed to be a 25 minute drive but it took me almost an hour due to traffic & road construction. It also took another 10 minutes or so before I got called to the front desk, the line was too slow. THEIR FRONT DESK SYSTEM NEEDS TO IMPROVE. I was already stressed out because I fasted, was very thirsty, was in pain & was late. I don't think a patient who needs to have an important ultrasound done would purposely be late for this appt. The front desk person who helped me, right away "SCOLDED" me for being late. I was already on edge to begin with. She said "that's why you have to give yourself a plenty of time for the appointment." DUH!!! I live 15 miles away, gave myself an hour or so to get there. In short, appointment was cancelled. Where things completely fell apart was the follow-up and customer service. A few days later, I received a letter from Huntington-Hill Breast & Imaging Centers saying I needed additional imaging and to call their number to schedule. Naturally, that was stressful to read -- getting a callback after a mammogram is scary. But when I tried to follow the instructions, their phone/AI system was awful to get through. After being transferred around and spending way too much time on hold, I was finally told that they don't even do the test the letter told me to schedule there. Instead, I had to call my doctor to be referred somewhere else. This made no sense to me. Why send a letter directing patients to call you to schedule if you can't actually perform the recommended imaging? It feels careless, especially considering how stressful breast health follow-ups already are. To make matters worse, when I spoke to a staff member, she said she had no control over the letters. I get that it's not her fault personally, but the system is broken -- and patients end up paying the price in stress and wasted time. Overall, the in-person visit was fine, but the communication and phone experience were really disappointing. If you're going to send out official medical letters, they need to be accurate and align with what your office can actually provide.
