My masseuse Isabelle was very friendly and did an excellent job. She correctly diagnosed my stress points (shoulders) without me saying a word and worked on me for an hour. The lobby is not very inviting though and the whole place has a somewhat dilapidated look and feel to it. It would benefit from having some reading materials for guests as they wait and more comfortable seating.
