I was given headphones to diminish the sounds of the jets. The machine looks like a tanning bed. I selected pressure level 6. It was the perfect amount of pressure. I was massaged from head to toe for 20 minutes. It was so relaxing I could have stayed in there for 90 minutes. I highly recommend Dr. Juarez. Apparently, being a patient at Rush means absolutely nothing and doesn't help to get in any sooner. There was over a month wait to get in for therapy. I ended up having to go to the location in LaGrange. Which actually turned out to be a nice thing because the people there are absolutely wonderful. Midway location might want to get a front desk receptionist who doesn't sound like she has a rotten attitude and doesn't want to be at that job. That's really why I didn't want to come there as well. Who wants to be greeted by a person who sounds like she doesn't want to be there. So glad I didn't go to this place.

We were in a car accident, and needed a chiropractor, we thought he's in our community the signs on the widows say that what he specializes on we went in, the staff and him were friendly, now I know why it's because when he heard we were in a car accident he seen us easy $$$. The way he works is a scam to get the most money from your insurance, and doesn't care if you get better. And once you realize you don't feel any better there is no money left to see a REAL chiropractor. Always make sure to ask for an invoice after your appointment, so you can see how much he's charging your insurance. We both had different injuries and he would perform the same duties, and when they would make us exercise we were never assisted to see if we were in pain or if you even completed the sets you had to do, when i would feel pain they would simply say ok just don't do that exercise no other option for the pain. Everything came to and end when i had extreme back pain i was barely able to walk to the office and he said, "there's nothing I can do!" I left and never went back. The insurance will pay him more than $7,000. And we are still in pain!
