When I arrived, Jessica was waiting for me. She started the manicure right away and was very meticulous yet careful as she worked. My Italian is not great but she was able to understand what I wanted. She did a great job with the mani and proceeded to the pedi after. I was happy that she soaked my feet in a foot bath as she worked. She did not plug it in though so it did not vibrate. I did ask her to add more hot water since the water was cool when she started. She did a great job scrubbing my feet and removing all the dead skin. I was very happy and my feet felt great! I think they thanked her The price for both was just under €50. Not bad, IMO. One happy customer. Will definitely be back! I will also add that while my feet were soaking, Jessica thoroughly sanitized her station and prepared it for the next customer. She wore gloves and a mask the entire time and changed out her gloves when needed.

I asked when the next available appointment was, and he responded with, "Hmm... next week." When I asked if he could recommend any other nearby salons, he just said, "No, sorry." Interesting enough when I got home I looked online it shows they had nail appts later in the day... very disappointing he said next available wasn't until next week. The interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful, especially when I was polite and clearly just trying to find somewhere to get my nails done for a special occasion. As a visitor, it was a very disappointing experience -- not just because they couldn't take me, but because of how little effort was made to assist or show basic courtesy. For other travelers looking for good interaction on their holiday, skip this place.
