I contacted Justin and he said it wouldn't be a problem. Just a $50 fee for the distance which I was more than willing to pay. We set up an appointment very quickly. Justin was onsite just a few days later. He was late but let me know. I had him clean my tile and grout in my kitchen. It took a little over an hour and I was shocked by the results. " They were contracted to clean the Heating and air ducts through out the house. They pried the cover off the furnace, and left it that way. My Mom has a set of beautiful crystal lamps that WERE some of her prized possessions. They broke one of the lamps, glass is still falling off of it. They also broke the lampshade. All of the return vents were bent beyond repair, and all of the dust that was supposed to be cleaned up, was all over the house, where was the cleaning going on? That was done two weeks ago. My dad called them last week and asked for reparations, the owner told him just buy a new shade. My mom called him again this morning to check to see what they plan to do about it. He then resumed to yell at my 74 year old mother. I had had enough...I grabbed the phone and tried to tell him that they not only need to replace the SET of one of a kind matched lamps, but also need to apologize for being an @$$hole to her on the phone.
