We called them to look at our furnace, they were honest about the cost to repair and the cost of new. We chose to go new because the furnace was older and we knew we would have more problems. The costs were explained up front, we knew the start date, plans were made. On the day of the install, the men came in, put down plastic runners to protect my floors from their work boots, and did the job with a minimum of disruption to my day.
