Applied to work with them, and a couple days before my scheduled interview my wife got in an accident and I was in the hospital with her for said day. Needless to say I missed the interview appointment. I reapplied later and they automatically striked down my application. Finally someone reached out to me and said I didn't portray the wanted "professionalism" I explained my situation and what happened, "I'm sorry we won't continue with this application or ones in the future because some language in your previous message doesn't meet our professional standards" yeah whatever fuck off. Zero stars but I marched to give one. Militant aggressive and totally dickish. Parked in parking structure to have lunch I. Our car - never got out. Parking garage has public access fromColosium Way and 700 W. NO signs stating private property NOR No after business/ weekend parking. Wannabe rentacop comes over stating its private property and he can't allow us to be there, yet a few cars without window or mirrors tags are parked there- empty. You are part of the current problem and issues we are facing g in our city and you wonder why people are protesting read more

As an employee for Centurion Security I have found that this company is growing quickly and there are many opportunities for training and advancement. Next month we are starting an active shooter training, CPR, AED, 1st Aid and how to clear buildings. I have been working with Centurion for over two years now and truly enjoy this company. They work with me on my schedule so I get the hours I want and I have received at least 5 pay increases since joining on with them. Plus I just got notified of a big company BBQ where me and my whole family can come and eat and get to know other security officers.I love this company. read more

I moved into a condominium (that was previously an apartment complex) about 17 years ago. During…read morethat time I've seen a great deal of variation in the general state of the property. During that time we've been managed by three different management companies that I know of. With the second company I watched our property deteriorate, our monthly fees increase more than 115%, and the property's overall financial status crippled with debt. I joined the board trying to figure out what was wrong and found that the management company was accepting bids that were exorbitantly high, for services that were sub-par, while going golfing with the salesmen from the bidding company. I found that homeowners were given lip-service instead of facts, and that the unit was being nickel and dimed for every trip anyone made to the complex and every piece of paper generated. We also got deep into contracts with ineffective and expensive debt collection service. A few of us did some research on properties that were managed well and found PDT. PDT is a small company (lower overhead) that refuses to short sell the properties they manage with kickbacks and games. They only accept fair bids for services well done with reputable companies. They try to advise us of the decisions that meet legal standards, are reasonably frugal, while gradually and steadily improving the state of the property, Having been in a situation as bad as ours was, they've guided us gently toward a better state - physically and fiscally. Some homeowners who haven't lived here as long and haven't seen the decline and incline may not recognize what a great job PDT has done. The improvements haven't happened overnight, that's not possible, but they happen. Our annual meetings are no longer a volatile yelling match. Those who weren't on the board before the change have no comprehension of how much stress was placed on the committee members before PDT. They cannot provide the services and amenities that an apartment complex would - we don't pay that level of fees. They make reasonable judgments and recommendations that benefit the complex as a whole, and therefore 'all homeowners." I enthusiastically recommend PDT.

Please avoid PDT Management at all costs! PDT is a very…read moresmall property management company which isn't necessarily a problem but they are also the laziest, least helpful company out there. They will do anything possible to avoid enforcing the HOA rules. They happily ignore the cap on renters for the Oak Meadows condo complex as well as background checks, they do not even know who is living in the complex, they fail to enforce any of the covenants, conditions, restrictions (CC&R) on noise, animals, amount of people living in a unit, issues involving police,litter, abandoned cars, graffiti etc. Their standard answers to any problems in the complex are "well we can't do anything about that" and " you'll have to take care of that". Please do your homework before you even think about hiring these buffoons.

For unknown reason it wasn't allowing me to pay so I called Atlas and let them know what was going on. I told them there was an issue with the link and I'm trying to pay. As a response they served me an eviction notice. So the guy literally hung up the phone and started the eviction process although I told him I'm trying to pay and I'm a single father. It didn't matter to them. By them doing this it cost me an extra $200.00. for the month on question because you have to pay eviction notice fees.. this was so unprofessional and thoughtless. They then said they were doing a clean out and every tenant has to move ALL items that may be in the yard or on the porch. So I moved a few things to the back of the house. A car jack, my child's wagon, a nice porch vase and a couple other things. Well they threw it all away or kept it because none of it clearly was not garbage.

I worked for Centurion for a little under a year. During my time there, repeated actions made it a consistently difficult and stressful workplace. I wasn't paid all of the wages I earned while working for Centurion. Eventually, I filed a case with the labor division. After being told Centurion refused to settle, I informed them that I would continue with the case. Several weeks later, the case was ruled in my favor for the reason: "The Division finds that the language of the sanction does not constitute an express authorization for a deduction in this amount from Claimant's paycheck." The worksite I was assigned to also had serious safety issues. The building's air conditioning was broken for a long period of time. Several employees reported it, and management was aware of it, but nothing was fixed and no alternatives were provided. While working under those conditions, I passed out on the job. Following the work-related injury, I was asked to get a blanket statement from a doctor saying that I didn't need any accommodations at all, either at that time or in the future. After I raised safety concerns, I was told I could be transferred to another location. The site they suggested wasn't accessible to me, and no accommodations or other options were discussed. This came immediately after I spoke up about the conditions at the original site. There were also policies and repeated references regarding employee fines or "sanctions" for mistakes or issues during work. These were presented as disciplinary consequences rather than handled through normal performance management, which created a lot of pressure and fear around doing the job. These were described as deductions from employee pay for alleged misconduct or inappropriate behavior, determined at management's discretion. As one example, I was assessed a "sanction" for failing to give a full two weeks notice of my resignation, and an amount determined by management was deducted from my final paycheck. Communication throughout my time there was consistently poor. Expectations changed without notice, questions went unanswered, and it was often unclear what was actually expected. At the same time, the job was heavily micromanaged, which made it stressful and exhausting to deal with day to day. Patrols and requests were frequently unreasonable given the circumstances. When I tried to raise concerns or ask for clarification, it was brushed off instead of taken seriously. On top of all of that, I was required to use my personal phone and personal data plan for work, with no reimbursement. When my phone started having problems, I was told it could lead to disciplinary action, even though no company device or alternative was ever provided. A lot of these issues could have been handled internally and avoided entirely. Instead, they weren't. I'm sharing this so people can decide for themselves whether this is the kind of environment they want to work in. read more
