I contacted them initially to come fix a fridge at our business. I allowed the tech in, and had to leave. He called to tell me the repair was done. When I came to check the work (the tech was not there at the time), the fridge was not working. So I texted. And called. Texted and called some more. Finally I got the guy back, he got the fridge to start cooling down, and I was told I could reach out with any issues. I paid my invoice, even adding a tip, because he told me he moved his schedule around to (finally) come fix the fridge. It wasn't until we actually got product for the fridge I noticed it wasn't working again. I texted the technician, who said he'd look into his schedule and work out a time... So I sent a follow up text...and call,and texted and called multiple times. None of which were returned. I finally called the dispatch line. They profusely apologized and said a manager would call me back in an hour. That, friends, was a week ago. Today I called and texted multiple times. Aside from an apology there has been no follow up by Summit Logistics or its tech. Read other reviews on this company, my story is nearly identical to several others who placed trust in them to stand by their work. I would NEVER recommend Summit Logistics.

In this case though, I need to warn the public based on my huge loss of funds. Eric came to my home to fix an old freezer I had. At first, he seemed wonderful. Helpful. He talked about how awesome the freezer was and how he would be able to fix it for me, and even install some additional components to make the freezer not get ice build up. He quoted me $466.33 to make the total repairs. He also stated that everything he was doing was GUARANTEED for 180 days. Once the repair was supposedly finished, he told me that the amount due was $515.35. I was upset, but paid in good faith. When I attempted to open the freezer to check his work, he told me not to, and said that the freezer would take 48 hours to "cool down completely". I was a bit worried, but once again, I trusted his word. After 48 hours, I checked the freezer and it was warm. Nothing was working. I contacted "Summit" to let them know and make sure that I could be scheduled for a follow up. All I wanted was the guarantee that he promised me. I contacted this company 8 times in 5 days and spoke to the office staff, but Eric would not return my calls. After trying to contact him 8 times, they blocked my number. I am under the impression that the "receptionist" is Erics spouse or friend, and that they are in this scam together. I can't be certain, but he hid behind her and never returned my consistent calls. Let me also note that never once was I mad or mean over the phone. All I wanted was the freezer fixed, or my money back, as stated in his "Guarantee". I have filed complaints with Google, Facebook, the Better Business Bureau, and with my Credit Union. I am currently disputing the charges. I even had another company come and look at the freezer to verify Erics Shotty work. I will also be taking him to small claims court, if needed.

I consider her my partner, and I know she is critical to my successful rental business. I truly couldn't do it without her. Rina is completely reliable, an excellent communicator, and fairly priced. She ensures my condo is always immaculately clean and ready for incoming guests, plus she's available to them 24/7, so if any problem does happen during their stay, she comes over and takes care of it immediately. This gives me great peace of mind. She's also happy to answer questions and give recommendations. All my guests love her! In addition, she does weekly interior and exterior inspections to find and fix anything that needs it before it becomes a bigger issue. She also does seasonal clean-ups as well as Costco runs for household supplies and new towels and sheets when needed. She has completed countless handywoman jobs for me over the years, including fixing items that are broken as well as making upgrades to my condo (for example, she installed new toilets, new fans, and a Nest thermostat, hung TVs on the walls, dealt with Comcast issues, repaired and installed faucets and showerheads, got rid of wasp nests under the deck, and so much more). She's amazing! I trust Rina's judgement and expertise completely. Hiring her is the best investment in your vacation rental you'll ever make!

Businesses can sometimes grow out of the phase of being a home town business, but PC Handyman services not only has a strong team, solid equipment, great service (I mean stellar) but they also care about their community even at their size. They also seem competitive in rates but I know every situation is different and costs vary. They offered to send one of their team members to help my family while I'm dealing with health issues and my partner has a broken leg. We are going to pay for the future service but the fact that they sent someone even though they don't know us meant so much. It was such a generous and act of goodwill I'll never forget. NEVER
