I came to her with a long list of weird wants and a 6-month deadline and she was able to get me everything I wanted within my desired time frame. It really helped that I was able to view houses through Zoom meetings and she never rushed me and didn't seem put out when I wanted to see houses more than once or at odd times. She was always incredibly responsive, no matter what day of the week it was. She also coordinated all inspections and offered guidance on what could be fixed and what couldn't or what was very expensive to fix. She coordinated everything between the paperwork and the mortgage broker and also the fact that I had to get an extension to come out and look at the house. I also appreciated that she kept helping me out even after I bought the house. I had a contractor come over while I was still in Texas but he couldn't get in because the lock box with the keys inside it wouldn't open. She took time out of her schedule to let him in and to replace the faulty lock box. Also, I was quite touched that after I moved into the house that I was happy with it. She really seems to care about her clients, before, during, and after the sale is complete. If I ever need a real estate agent in Tucson again, I will definitely call her first.
