She then didn't return our calls for weeks, lied about being in the hospital when she was really partying in Charleston (thank you social media) and the BIC Yuriy was absolutely no help, took no responsibility for his realtors actions and yelled at me when I told him we retained a lawyer to help us recover some of our lost funds. They had no care putting our families entire financial security on the line and took zero responsibility for their actions. I couldn't figure out how to use the thermostat on move in day, and maintenance called me immediately to help me figure it out. We appreciated how responsive they were! There have been a few issues with appliances, but this isn't something specific to this apartment complex. Work orders are already submitted and I'm confident they will address it quickly. Spin bikes and basketball court are great. Tennis court is well lit. I don't have a dog, but the park is close to our apartment. Pet owners seem to be responsible and the dog park well maintained. Very family friendly apartment complex. We have been pleased to see so many families out and about in the common areas. *Quick note, our apartment is the Juniper Floorplan (2bed/2bath). We are facing the back of the building. I did notice that the back units don't have the window over the balcony door, and there are no glass shelves built into our dining room wall like you see in the virtual walkthrough. There is also no outlet on the patio, which I wish we would have noticed before moving in. We will have to remove our outside light and put a power adapter in to have outdoor electricity.* I will update in the future as we get a better feel for the community, office staff, apartment, and maintenance.

I moved in only 3.5 weeks ago and since then my master bathroom has had TWO WATER LEAKS. Due to the…read moreamount of repairs, dry time and hassle, I've only been able to use the bathroom 6 days total. I asked management to hold up to the terms of the lease and compensate for part of the month's rent due to this issue and they said "it was still functional." Disappointing to have to deal with all this moving to a new city. I would not recommend this complex. I'm concerned about the health and mold issues if all this happens only within 3 weeks. I have mold samples sending out to a lab this week. Will report this complex to health department and follow suit if it comes back positive.
