Full experience here: I tried to view this apartment many times.  I submitted a request on Streeteasy and Zillow.  I called Jorge Miller who is listed as contact. It went to the voice for someone named Nicole.  I never received a call back.  Finally got a reply via Zillow from Nicole asking to fill out the same information I already filled out on Zillow.  I received a text from Jason saying there is an apartment available in an area I'm not interested in.  Each time I expressed that as long as the apartment looks OK I'm willing to put an application and deposit in today.  I let Jason know the area I was interesting in and he did not get back.  I tried calling and it went to voice mail.  Looking up One Premier Reality office number and couldn't leave a voice mail.   Also this negates the FARE act.  I'm not hiring a broker, but will have to go through One Premier Reality in order to gain access to their listing, thereby forcing me to hire a broker, when it says that the move in fees are first month, refundable 1 month security and $20 application fee.

In my experience as an owner, they do not behave as if they work for the Co op Board and the Board behaves as if ARAS Properties was their boss.

My agent and attorney made numerous attempts to get updates however no answer. All while she was negotiating with another buyer to sell the home while holding our downpayment for nearly 2 weeks. So after paying for a home inspection, having our money kept in their account she had her clients turn around and say they signed a contract today with another buyer. Sherri (sellers agent) could not answer any questions about the property nor did she show up for the home inspection. In the end she had her seller hold our money while negotiating with other people. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE! We have ALL the electronic records to show we had our money withheld and then the agent turned around and was negotiating another deal at the same time! BUYERS BEWARE!

What I learned after moving in is that there's a sign-up sheet at the front desk because the exterminator comes every 2 weeks on Wednesday. Isn't there a law against blatantly lying about something like that? Oh yeah, it could be considered fraud. I caught so many mice while living here I lost count. I attached a picture of a glue trap with 3 dead mice on it alone, as well as a living mouse caught near my stove. These are just a few of the examples. We live in a pandemic world - as a renter, you've got a chance to get a good deal on an apartment in the city. Please go anywhere but here - you don't want to deal with these rodents.

After finally getting a buyer she neglected to follow up, because she was away on holiday, I lost the buyer.
