Don't waste your time. They're listings are fake and they bait and switch. Don't reply, impossible to get a hold of. Full experience here: I tried to view this apartment many times.  I submitted a request on Streeteasy and Zillow.  I called Jorge Miller who is listed as contact. It went to the voice for someone named Nicole.  I never received a call back.  Finally got a reply via Zillow from Nicole asking to fill out the same information I already filled out on Zillow.  I received a text from Jason saying there is an apartment available in an area I'm not interested in.  Each time I expressed that as long as the apartment looks OK I'm willing to put an application and deposit in today.  I let Jason know the area I was interesting in and he did not get back.  I tried calling and it went to voice mail.  Looking up One Premier Reality office number and couldn't leave a voice mail.   Also this negates the FARE act.  I'm not hiring a broker, but will have to go through One Premier Reality in order to gain access to their listing, thereby forcing me to hire a broker, when it says that the move in fees are first month, refundable 1 month security and $20 application fee. read more

I placed an application for a Brooklyn Unit they posted and was upfront about my information and was still told to see the unit and given an application. They upped the price of the rent 2x, then lowered it again, and basically ate up everyones application fee while denying applicants. Their broker Kalman Goldberg was very rude and aggressive on the phone. Asked me if I wanted my application fee back and then denied telling me that once I asked for it back. Very Unprofessional and money hungry. I wanted a resolution, and to speak to someone besides him, but there was no fix. I wouldn't advice anyone to work with this company. read more

I worked with Aryeh. The most disrespectful and deceptive person I have ever encountered. Aryeh lead me on a wild goose chase to retrieve the keys to a building. He had me go all the way to Cedarhurst Long Island to sign my lease, pay first months rent and a deposit. He also requested his $2,000 brokers fee in cash, which he gave me no receipt for (Just a generic email stating that all move in fees were paid). He told me to call the building's super to retrieve keys. Upon calling the super, the super let me know that the broker is supposed to give me the key to the building when signing the lease. The management company confirmed this. When I asked Aryeh about it, he nonchalantly said that was true and admitted to not even doing his part to pick up the key before having me sign the lease. I politely arranged another time for me to go all the way BACK to Cedarhurst Long Island from Manhattan straight after work, to pick up the building key before move in. After running a few minutes late, Aryeh said he wouldn't wait for me and said he would dump my keys somewhere in a building for pick up. When I politely acknowledged Aryeh's deception, he proceeded to curse me out. Aryeh continued to berate and swear at me. He even asked me if I knew "what a f**king lobby was?" He then said he wouldn't leave me my keys because I "called him a liar." After more cursing, yelling and lying from Aryeh, he finally decided to leave my building key in an abandoned couch behind a building. Aryeh called my brother a "stupid a**hole," for telling Aryeh not to curse at me and speak to me that way, and for calling out his lack of professionalism. He is wildly aggressive and frankly I'm scared that this person has my information and I don't feel safe. I have a video of him putting my keys in a couch, where anyone could have access to them. read more

Terrible, terrible realty company. They've (specifically Aryeh Fuchs) rented out a unit to me, which ended up being infested with mice (dead mice in the oven and in the staircase). Initially, I asked to break the lease due to the inhabitable living conditions and demanded my money back, and was told that I wasn't going to get my money back. After the back and forth for multiple days between Aryeh and the management company (Malek Management), I was told to speak with Steve (at Premier One Realty). He told me I wasn't going to get my security deposit back, but after even more back and forth, he finally told me it was my "lucky day" and I was going to get all my money back. Manipulation at its finest. They wanted me to settle with a mice infested apartment, or break the lease and lose money that I'm not obligated to lose. Stay away from these crooks! I recently applied for an apartment and the women Judah I had to Work with for the unit was absolutely terrible. I would Email her and wouldn't get a response until hours later. When she did reply the responses were very short. Yesterday night she asked me if I could have a guarantor sign the lease with me which was fine. I never got a response and today I received an email at the end of the day stating she had gone and rented out the apartment.To my knowledge i was one of the first to look at the unit and I did qualify. I am not upset about not getting the apartment. I am upset about how we had just spoke yesterday about going forward with this and then this happened. The brokers are a bunch of greedy crooks. I dealt with Aryeh Fuchs specifically and after mentioning the fee, he became rude and very unprofessional with his response. Their broker fee is 2 1/2 times the monthly rent. That's absurd. They take advantage of rent stabilized apartments because it's a good deal but that defeats the purpose with their unreasonable fees. This should have been in the Ad; We should have been told this before we submitted our application. When we asked if We could get our application fee back, Judah declined. I have been looking for an apartment for almost a month now and I happen to come across your 741 Hunt's point unit online. I reached out to Agent John Bingham for a viewing and I just want you guys to know he is a horrible agent. 1. He is unprofessional. The whole time during the viewing he was on his phone and barely gave us his full undivided attention 2. I submitted my application and emailed him right after to tell him to please keep us updated on the application process. He made no effort to do this what so ever. 3. The next day after I paid $100 application fee and submitted my application, I saw my $100 was refunded back to my back account. So o contacted John, the agent, trying to get clarification. He told me there was another applicant who submitted their application a day before mine. So John said he cancelled my application and refunded the money, but he did this WITHOUT discussing it with me. 4. He then told me that I could compete against the other applicants. I said I do not want to pay $100 to possibly get denied. John's emailed responses was "exactly." Out of everything, this "exactly." Email was the most unprofessional, disrespectful thing he did throughout my experience using premier one realty. He could of said "I agree, therefore I took the initiative to cancel it to avoid you guys losing out on your $100. But to say "exactly." Like I'm incompetent and one of his little friends from off the street. This is a JOB, regardless if we are around the same age, I deserve to be treated with respect because my money is just as green as the next person. 5. After this situation I asked him to keep me posted about the other applicants, to see if they were approved in the end. And Again, John Bingham made no effort. I had to keep reaching out to him for updates. 6. This is by far THE WORST experience I've ever had with any agent. I'm truly disgusted that you have an individual like that representing your company. I have met with and reached out to a myriad of various agents and brokers in my search for a new apartment but nothing was gaining traction. I was losing hope and was accepting my fate of living with the pigeons and preoccupying my mind with playing solitaire with rocks. However I was able to narrowly escape that enticing lifestyle as I was fortunate enough to work with Steven S. He was extremely responsive and willing to work within my criteria. We checked out a couple of places and I was able to put my name down on an apartment by that evening. Steven actually cares about the people he is working with and wants to help you out. As long as your credit is good and you're not Jeffrey Dahmer, you'll have a wonderful experience working with Steven. read more

We worked with this company to find the current apartment we are in. The broker, Scott, was super responsive, easily reachable, and was great when we met and interacted with him. However, our apartment management company we are with is a nightmare and clearly take advantage of their tenants, but Scott gave us a different story. He told us how great the super was and that he has the same management company for his building and that he likes it. So we got the apartment based on his recommendation and the management company is honestly one of the worst I've ever seen or dealt with. (Literally did not have the apartment ready in time despite knowing for a month that we were moving in, no one to provide keys to the apartment, no appliances that Scott promised, no hot water for days, dirty cockroach infested apartment, broke our lock and sent someone 4 days later after 3 no show appointments, broken fridge for a week, and more). I reached out to Scott after moving in and the problems we've had and he has been unhelpful. Even when asking for the management company's address, his excuse is that the realty company no longer works with my management company so he doesn't have their address. Sounds like a lie to me. Scott stated that we could get a washer dryer instead of the dishwasher we have now and our management company states that he's not sure why Scott said that. Ridiculous. Avoid this company and save yourself the lies they give you. Screw you scott. read more

I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr.Steven today. And I must say; although things didn't work out for me due to my credit score even though my income is Great. My credit score played a MAJOR role in my eligibility. Mr. Steven tried his best to assist me with becoming eligible for an apartment. He even offered to still setup an appointment to show me the rental. Now how many realtors will do that? Once I tell them my situation regardless of my income they'll usually stop responding. Dealt with Mike to rent an apartment last June. He showed me a beautiful 3rd floor apartment with all new furnishings and an eat in kitchen, seemed like he was very in tune with my expectations. The first few weeks (before I gave them any money) he was a pleasure to work with. Very accommodating, responsive, communicative and led me to believe that he would go above and beyond to make sure my needs and expectations were met. Fast forward to security deposit submission. Once my deposit was submitted I started hearing from Mike less and less, there were days at a time that I wouldn't hear from Mike after endless messages and even expressing the urgency of the situation. Basically, I put down a deposit on an apartment with the intentions of moving in at the end of the month (current lease was ending). With a week to move, I still had no response. It was at this point, I had to contact the management team and accuse them of scamming their clients. This is what got fire burning with them, I finally received a call from Mike on the 27th of the month (2 days before my supposed move in date) informing me that there would be no key exchange until Monday, because of a religious observation on the weekend. My current landlord was already on edge because I decided not to renew and forced me to vacate the apartment before the weekend. So, I had to request a key exchange on Friday. It wasn't until I reached the broker's office ALLLLL THE WAY in Cedarhurst from Brooklyn, that I found out that the apartment that I submitted my deposit for was not going to be available for another 2 months, but there was a smaller Jr 1 Bdrm available on the 5th floor. I was literally outside of his office with a U-Haul truck containing all belongings from my old apartment when I was faced with the decision, stay homeless until I can find a more honest and reliable broker or settle for the 5th Floor Walk Up... homelessness was not an option so here I am :( thanks for nothing Mike! read more

RUN FAR AWAY! These people are the WORST REALTORS OF ALL TIME. They are inconsistent in their communication, but worst of all these people SCAM you. They tried to get us to send them an $1800 deposit but REFUSED to ask us to do so in writing/document anything that would make our deposit official. Anytime we asked them to confirm in writing they called us and said "this is the way we do business, either send us this deposit on good faith or we'll move on to the next applicant." All this happened a week after we applied to an apartment. A week later they told us we had been accepted and then asked us to send the deposit. We were suspicious about the deposit and so luckily we called another realtor in the company who told us that they had never even received our application and that the apartment had already been rented out to other people! So now one of their realtors has our most sensitive documents, and the worst part of the story is, we Googled this realtor's name and what came up was that five months ago he was using dead people's credit cards to rack up a bunch of money for himself. The feds got him but he was released on $50,000 bail -- and now he was just our realtor through a Premier One realty property. WHAT THE HECK! RUNNNN!!!! read more

Stay away from this company!! Got an apartment through broker Mike and the whole experience was a disaster. He never told us any details - left out the fact that we had a security deposit until we were approved for the apartment. Then a week before the lease signing he mentioned there was a brokers fee. We couldn't believe the lack of communication on the fees. Also, the apartment listing said it came with new appliances and when we asked to see the apartment before signing the lease to make sure the upgrades were made, he kept pushing it off. Eventually we saw the apartment with another broker because Mike was sick and nothing was updated. He wasn't keeping up with management on having it done, which is their fault as well. He promised the day we signed the lease that it would be done, but no appliances were done that day either. I told him I did not feel comfortable paying him the brokers fee until we received the appliances because premiere was the one who made the listing and he called me screaming and was offended that we were upset. So we paid him to get him out of our hands, and we shouldn't have. The management company told us to pick up our keys later in the week on a Thursday when the appliances arrived. My girlfriend showed up to get the keys and they said we did not pay our rent and security deposit. Meanwhile we had paid Mike the day we signed the lease. So embarrassing for us. After calling Mike, management allowed us to get the keys but there were STILL no appliances. We were then told Monday the appliances would come but they did not. When they arrived Tuesday we were so happy because buying take out was expensive and inconvenient and we finally had the mess over with. The next morning we got a knock on our door from a Premiere One broker. He said Mike told him our Super was rude to us and that they wanted to investigate it. We are completely shocked that Mike has told his colleagues our Super was rude. Our Super has been nothing but respectful and informative. We had to go in person and apologize to our Super and felt terrible that ill words were said about someone so hardworking, making us look like nasty tenants in our first week of living there. I'm shocked someone else had a good experience and i'm upset to even be putting such a negative review but it is necessary. read more
