($2800, which is equal two months rent) During the middle of my lease term the company I originally rented from was taken over by roundup reality. They decided to inform me today that they will not honor what I was told when I signed my lease. For September and October and have added additional late fees, Though I submitted documentation supporting what I was told! (My lease is up at the end of this month!!) I haven't heard from this company since the end of September nor did they try to reach out to me to let me know that they weren't going to honor what I was told. They have Really put me into a bind. When I asked if they would remove the late fees associated so I could pay just what is due the owner completely ignored my request, like it wasn't her issue!!! I have decided to contact the BBB and forwarded all of the information and documentation supporting this to my attorney! Absolutely ridiculous.

Sent an email with no response from Celia Flowers or the escrow officer. Called the office and spoke to a manager; she said call back tomorrow. Really? Its been ten days now. Still no money. Never in 35 years of deal making have I had to ask for my money from a title/escrow company...I guess my next step is to file a complaint with TDI to exhaust any administrative cure. Follow up. Got a call from escrow agent. She overnighted the check and I received. She apologized and was very nice.

THANK YOU! process was basically them telling me what letters to write and what to say. Everytime I got a response, I shared it with them, and they would then guide me and tell me what to say again. At the beginning they offered a couple of additional services, one was credit repair, and I can't remember the other. We had LifeLock, so we choose not to get that. I did had to stay on them at the time and keep calling back. The timeshare also takes their sweeeeet time to answer. It's a game basically. Play it. Do what they tell you to and it got done. After we got what was basically a "ok this has been resolved" had a fancy name... deed cancelled or something (sorry don't remember). that should have been it. BUT the timeshare kept sending us collection bills for the maintenance, that kept accumulating. I reached back to Lonestar and they told me what to do, then they also took care of any credit repair since the process took about 2 years. In the middle of all of that they changed the agency that was basically the ones I was talking to. They did get it done, and we are thankful for it! :) the 4 star review is because it dragged a lot and I had to keep following up.
