When I complained her behavior became quite immature. I want an agent who has my best interests at heart - I want a 5 out of 5 or at least a 4 out of 5. I don't want excuses, blame, mediocre service, with Julie Silva that is exactly what I got from disclosure documents that didn't arrive until 4 days before closing to not getting my cancellation notice into the title company in time. I do not recommend her and I suspect the seller won't be working with her again either. The only good thing is that Amy Reed seems to be on top of the situation.
