(2*) Are they pro-active? (0*) Are they reliable? (2*) Given the above do you trust this person? (0*) It can be binary yes/no, or a yelp like system 1 to 5 stars. I want a solid, competent agent, who doesn't have one excuse after another on why things didn't get done or sent, or were late or blames others for her bad behavior. When I complained her behavior became quite immature. I want an agent who has my best interests at heart - I want a 5 out of 5 or at least a 4 out of 5. I don't want excuses, blame, mediocre service, with Julie Silva that is exactly what I got from disclosure documents that didn't arrive until 4 days before closing to not getting my cancellation notice into the title company in time. I do not recommend her and I suspect the seller won't be working with her again either. The only good thing is that Amy Reed seems to be on top of the situation.

My wife and I placed an offer on a home represented by Reed Reality, specifically the agent referenced in Elizabeth's review. My agent never heard from her and had to call her every week to get an update. Absolutely the worst agency. Run don't walk from Reed Reality.

I'm not a "leave a review" type of person, and wanted to tip her for making our experience so nice, but wasn't aware that it was against the rules until we handed her the envelope :( So hopefully this helps. I'd recommend her to anyone, and I wouldn't say that about my prior purchases from other agents.

I cannot adequately express my gratitude for the wonderful job that Elvis Dias did in selling my…read moreproperty for me. This was a difficult undertaking - the house had reduced in value due to the vagaries of the real estate market and a shift in the makeup of the neighborhood. It was occupied by a tenant and handled by a property management company because I had moved away from the area. I still held title with an ex-husband who had no interest in making my life easier. Elvis sailed into these murky waters with a confident smile. He dealt with the ignorant, recalcitrant ex, to the point that I never even had to see or talk to him. He dealt with the uncooperative tenant, respecting his privacy and working around his schedule. He dealt with the disorganized and uncommunicative property management company (boy, is that another Yelp coming), He explained every step and made the paperwork as simple and manageable as it could be, allowing me to do everything by email and FedEx and never miss an hour's work. When the appraisal came back lower than I had hoped and lower than the buyer's offer, he negotiated with the buyer's agent to the effect that both agents reduced their commissions and the buyers put down a bit more cash, making it possible for me to break even on the deal and pay off the mortgage and closing fees with nothing out of pocket, which is better than I dared hope. Most of all, Elvis was kind, communicative and knowledgeable. I highly recommend his services to anyone approaching the real estate market either as a buyer or a seller. You can trust him to do what is best for you.

Upon telling her our wants and needs for my sons 1 year photos/ cake smash she immediately started sending me ideas of backgrounds and even offered outfits to go with my barnyard theme I picked! I even sent her my sons invitation and she found the perfect set up, I thought it was just some ideas but upon addicting at the shoot Michelle made it EXACTLY how I asked! All the little details from the farm animals to the barn it was BEYOND perfect! Upon arriving too Michelle and April (her amazing assistant) we're already set up and ready to go! They were extremely helpful, warm, and welcoming!! The photo shoot was so fun and relaxed and never felt rushed! Michelle even showed me some shots along the way and I can't eat to see our final products! April, her assistant, was also just as fantastic and did everything in her bag of tricks to make baby smile! My family will definitely be using Blessings in Focus for all our future photo needs!! New Bridge Management - This is what happens when New Bridge Management manages a property in your neighborhood. Shocked any owner would be okay with this.

My household has lived in a New Bridge Management property for a little over two and a half years,…read moreand I want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service we've received throughout our time here. New Bridge has consistently taken care of everything we've needed with professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. Most of our interactions have been with Maria in the office and Anna over the phone, and both have been absolutely wonderful to us. Whether we stop by in person or call with a question, they are always helpful, responsive, and willing to assist. Even when the team is busy, they make us feel like our concerns matter. While I've worked with everyone in the office at some point, I primarily communicate with Maria. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. She may come across reserved at first, but I've learned that she is genuinely kind and cares deeply about helping residents. Her calm, serious demeanor reflects her commitment to maintaining a high standard of professionalism, especially in a busy office environment -- but she is always approachable and willing to assist with anything we need. One memorable example of their exceptional service was when our kitchen started flooding and I couldn't get the water shut off. I was panicked and reached out through voicemail, email, and a call to the office. Within six minutes, someone from New Bridge contacted me to help resolve the issue. Their quick response prevented the situation from becoming far worse, and I can't express how grateful I was in that stressful moment. The entire office works as a close-knit, well-coordinated team, and it shows. If one person isn't available, someone else steps in right away. They communicate clearly, follow up promptly, and truly want residents to have a positive experience living on their properties. If you ever need something, all you have to do is call, submit a maintenance request, email them, or stop by -- their friendliness and willingness to help make a big difference. I've noticed that many of the negative reviews online seem to come from misunderstandings or frustrations directed at property owners' decisions, not the management team. New Bridge enforces the policies set by each property owner, and it isn't fair when they're blamed for decisions outside their control. In our experience, when we follow the proper procedures, communicate clearly, and ask for help, New Bridge has always come through for us. Even during their own office remodel -- when they were temporarily squeezed into a much smaller space next door -- their level of service never dropped. They continued to handle every request promptly and professionally. Overall, New Bridge Management has exceeded our expectations in every way. They are responsive, organized, caring, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. We genuinely couldn't ask for a better property management company. If you're considering renting from a property managed by New Bridge, know that you will be in very good hands.
