I would never recommend this business to anyone ever and if I could give it negative stars I would!…read moreHad a piece of non high risk property I 50/50 jointly owned which was completely paid off with someone else and wanted to give it away because the other owner would waste the time and resources of the Missouri highway patrol and the local police by calling them on me every time I showed up to gain entry. The property wasn't worth hardly anything and I simply grew tired of the nonsense. I waited almost two months for 'the paperwork to get done' only to find out that they had been lying to me the entire time. Both Stephanie and Ali from the Trenton office admitted to me on the phone that an in-law of the person I owned the property with told them not to allow me to do the title transfer -this person was a local lawyer named Tara Walker. I confronted both Stephanie and Ali about these unfair business practices in person and that they had no right to do that to a customer -I was told to leave the office. While they appeared genuine at first, these two are liars, and in reality their customer relations are abhorrent. My advice, spend another $100 (this business was going to charge me $200 for this service) and get a lawyer to do whatever title work you need done and save yourself from valuable time being wasted and circumvent people like this that will allow others who have no ethical conscience or legal authority to do so. This business facilitates many of the same things a lawyer could do sure, but why would anyone choose to use a lying business like this when you can use a lawyer who will do the exact same things you want done and not lie and deceive you?! Once the county recorder receives the documents your lawyer did for you, the recorder will send a copies to this company anyways. I made a formal complaint later on at another office in another county and was told, "you'll get a call about how this is going to be resolved" -shocker, I never got a call. This company is corrupt just like the town surrounding it.

5 weeks after a home sale, cash, no banks involved, they still have not closed. Each week it's "…read morewe're working on it." Realter can't even get them to pick up the pace. So much for small town service!
