Came in for a 6:30pm on a Saturday for a special Star Trek double feature. TOS with Khan and the motion picture Wrath of Khan. It was great to see these on the big screen one after the other. This theatre looks in need of a remodel. It was not very well arranged and the advance order tickets and concessions was difficult to find. It was fun to watch these two with the crowd that was there. During intermission there was quite a discussion amoung the audience. : ) This was a great double feature!!

Came here on a Tuesday night to watch Toy Story 5. Paid only $7. Plenty of parking in the front. Big theater rooms, small arcade area with claw machines. Plenty of cashiers to buy popcorn and snacks. They have a lot of stalls for bathrooms. Only down side is that they don't have recliner seats. So the theater room that we were in had so many seats and there was a lot of people at the movies. But chairs weren't too bad. Unlimited refills for drinks for purchase.

Came to Century 14 Folsom on $5 Tuesday to watch Dhurandhar! Tickets are cheaper compared to most places, and the theater is simple with no gimmicks. It is definitely on the older side, which is reflected in the pricing. The theater itself was fine, but the bathrooms weren't very clean. The seats don't recline, and I wish the rows were more elevated because if there is someone tall in front of you, your view is blocked for the rest of the movie Century 14 is the only theater in Folsom that shows Indian films, so I would likely only come back for that reason

Drove out to Folsom today to run some errands and decided to take our daughter to see Inside Out 2. The theater was definitely on the older side, but we still enjoyed ourselves. The theater seats definitely need to be updated, but they were still comfortable even though they didn't recline or have a moveable tray. I liked that they still have an arcade and the popcorn was very fresh! The whole theater was also very clean and the staff were attentive and friendly. The only other issue was that they do not have a bar area or offer any type of alcohol which I feel is the norm at theaters nowadays. They do have newer theaters in Folsom like the Palladio and Luxe that offer it. If you're looking for a decent theater to check out a movie though, this Cinemark will do just fine!

I've gone too many Cinemark movie theatres and this one is the worse. Came here to watch Lilo & Stitch and the seats need to be updated. It does not recline like the newer ones and not enough space. The screen is very small and needs to be wider for everyone can view it properly. When I first walked in, we had to scan and print our own tickets which there were no signs that said that so we were lost. Ordered drinks and we can't pour our own drink because sometimes people like to mix drinks. No hot food out like other theatres. No merch and not enough options for snacks and candy. Would not recommend to come here unless you want out dated movie theatre. Popcorn is cold as well. (Same review by me on Google)

Not too shabby on a weekday. Quiet, theater all to yourself, comfy seats, great lighting, clean and sound is clear as well as picture. Had a good time. Great customer service as well.

Small screens - like a big screen tv but not in a good way

We booked tickets the night before via the Regal app. Tuesdays are the cheapest days and honestly our favorite day of the week to go watch a movie anyway, since Tuesdays are statistically the day where the least people go out. We chose the EDH location since we figured it would be the nicest one in our radius. I was correct. Parking was a breeze, with a good-sized lot on the side of the theater. Upon entering the lobby, there are kiosks to order tickets if you don't want to speak to an attendant. We already had the QR code for our tickets on our phones so it was easy to check in with the lady up front. We headed straight to the refreshments area after checking in, and while I was sad to see Regal no longer offered the snack pack, we both liked and ultimately ordered the single combo, which is one large drink of choice, one large popcorn, and one bag of candy that you get to choose from the queue. We went with a cherry ICEE and a bag of Hi-Chew. The staff were friendly and there was pretty much no line. The bathrooms were clean with plenty of stalls, no notes there. We have been seeing the ads and reviews for Backrooms, and I love a good psychological horror/thriller. It ended up being a great choice. The seats were comfy (and reclined!), and the theater was clean. The AC was cool, the speakers were balanced, the screen was clear, and overall it was a fantastic experience. We will be back to this Regal location the next time we choose to go out for a movie!

My family and I arrived around 4:00 PM, had our tickets scanned, and were directed to Theater 12. When we entered, the room was unusually warm and there were no trailers playing, which immediately seemed odd. After waiting a few minutes, I stepped outside to see what was going on and discovered that Trainspotting had been moved to a different auditorium without any notification to ticket holders. By the time I located the correct theater at approximately 4:08 PM, the movie was already playing. Unlike virtually every modern theater experience, there had been no trailers or previews beforehand. The film had started right at 4:00 PM, causing us to miss the opening several minutes through no fault of our own. I spoke with a supervisor or manager and explained the situation. He told me the movie had been moved because of a projector issue in the original auditorium. While I understand equipment problems happen, I asked if the movie could simply be restarted since it was only about 5-10 minutes into the film. He refused, stating there wasn't enough time before the next scheduled showing in that theater. What makes this especially frustrating is that after leaving, I checked the schedule. The next movie in that auditorium wasn't scheduled until 6:50 PM. Trainspotting is only 93 minutes long. Even if the film had been restarted at 4:10 PM when I made the request, it would have ended around 5:43 PM, still leaving more than an hour before the next scheduled showtime. The theater did refund our tickets, and after I expressed my dissatisfaction they provided four small popcorn and soda vouchers. I appreciate that gesture, but it doesn't change the fact that we drove roughly 30 minutes each way from Roseville specifically for this screening and ended up missing part of the film. (We ended up leaving and not watching the film since Trainspotting is one you have to see it from the beginning) What bothered me most wasn't the projector failure. Equipment issues happen. The problem was the lack of communication, starting the movie without the customary trailers, and refusing a reasonable solution without apparently checking whether scheduling constraints actually existed. I also noticed at least two other customers arriving late and appearing confused about the theater change, so it didn't seem like we were the only ones affected. I appreciate the refund and vouchers, but overall this was a frustrating and unprofessional customer experience that could have been easily avoided with better communication.

After walking in and being greeted by the front desk, we had mentioned that this is our first time here and that we had already purchased tickets. The guy at the front counter scanned my QR Code and then printed tickets for us. Being that this was our first time here, he then proceeded to tell us that we could either order food at the bar or from the QR Code at our seats and then the food would be delivered. We got to our seat after walking a little bit and then when we walked into the Theater let me tell you that the place is VERY Clean and that as we sat down I realized that the seat was comortable and it reclined. We then ordered Popcorn and a Medium Sized Drink and after about 5 or 6 minutes the Popcorn came in with the Medium sized drink and let me tell you that the Popcorn was very salty and there wasnt alot of butter. The Mr Pibb on the other hand was great but the price of $28 for the Popcorn and the Drink was WAY too much. I normally dont spend that when I get a Popcorn and a Drink but I guess, it is, what it is. The thing I can say is that while the seats were comfortable, the movie was wonderful but the prices here are a BIT much. It's not like I wont return to watch another movie, Its just that I wont order Food, besides a Popcorn and maybe just bring my own drink. As I looked over the QR code at the food I also noticed that there was a lot of different pricing for food that I also think was a bit high. Great experience over all.

I definitely don't come here as much anymore, but I saw a movie I wanted to see and said, "Yep, let's go." The parking lot has plenty of spaces, and they still have the ticket windows out front. That brought back memories of getting there early, buying your ticket, then waiting in line so you could get a good seat. Now everything is online with assigned seating, so those days are long gone. I guess that also means I'm officially old enough to say, "Back in my day..." The staff was friendly and moved everything along quickly. The young man at checkout was all smiles, very polite, and gave some of the best customer service I've had at a movie theater in a long time. Now maybe it's just me, or maybe I haven't been to the movies in a while, but I don't remember movie theaters having heated seats. That was a great surprise. I almost forgot I was there to watch a movie. After all these years, it's still a good theater. It brought back some memories, the staff was great, and the heated seats definitely won me over. Bathrooms were clean but the one by theatre #1 had multiple sink faucets barely attached to the counter. A little janky for a nice theatre. Since we were front row, you access the hard wood or vinyl flooring and well, all I can say is yuck. Sticky, like make noise as you walk sticky in #1 last night. Service at the bar was timely, and the servers in the theatre were professional and quick. Margarita pizza was pleasant, drinks were great. Extra butter popcorn did not come out hot, more luke warm. We wanted to order the mozzarella sticks but we were joking about what we thought the texture of those overcooked would be. The experience, a great movie, and pricing could have made it a 5. My son and I, haven't been at this theater for years now since the Cinemark recliners invaded the area. In a nutshell, this theater restricts age (4 yrs old) & height (42 inches) and doesn't recommended pregnant folk, the elderly, or anyone with high BP, heart issues, or severe back/neck conditions. They even encourage that drinks should be secured with lids. We didn't have our usual popcorn bucket either as we were forewarned that they might just end up on the floor. It was a different movie experience that very much reminded me of the Shrek 4-D ride at Universal Studios... but more. These seats perform point-of-impact vibrations (like the D-Box) but moves (rolls, pitch & lifts) and shoots mists to the viewer. It even mimics inclement weather conditions with localized water sprays, gentle breezes, falling snow, billowing fog and strobe flashes mimicking lightning.
