If I could give 10 stars, I would. The ladies in the front are kind, helpful and are constantly working!!! The communication was great throughout the process, and their professionalisms 110%. First, I had a small hole on one of the unique patterned doors- they replaced it for a very reasonable price and within the timeframe given. Then, they cut 2 glass panels and a mirror panel as well. I got my sizing wrong, but they were able to cut it back down(2 trips later). When I was done with the whole process, they cheered me out the door. I will be sad I don't have any more reason to visit their shop, but if I ever need something mirror/glass related- they will be my first stop!! Also- this was al done during COVID peak and EVERY TIME I came in to the shop EVERYONE was wearing a mask and following all safety protocols mandated by Dallas County. We have used Century Glass several times over the years. They have very professional installers. Most recently I needed a hole cut in a window to accommodate a cat door. Not only was he able to knock the hole out without taking out the whole pane, but then he went on and installed the cat door! Was totally not expecting that. It was very nice of him and he totally didn't have to do that. It's things like that (and their overall professionalism and price) that make me feel like using them whenever I need some glass! read more

I got a call on my birthday from a neighbor that my front window was shattered. I knew one of my crazy dogs was likely to blame. 87 year old singled paned glass had met the demise of a 75 pound dog being tainted by a squirrel before. I called Century Glass and Mirror based on reviews and proximity to my house. Reena answered the phone and could probably sense the stress in my voice. It was 2pm, I had big birthday plans that evening and rain was on the way. Now she could have just told me they would put me on the schedule, but I think she sensed that I was on the verge of tears. I live on a busy street and having cardboard in my front window and not able to set my alarm for a few days was stressing me out. She checked with her field guys, they grabbed some glass and instead of cutting off early, swung by my house at the end of their day and got it fixed. I just purchased a desk and wanted to get a quote on a piece of glass to protect it. Based on the reviews Century was the first place I called. When I called and gave dimensions I made a mistake and gave the dimensions of the overall piece including height. The woman who answered the phone told me that did not take depth measurements that she "was in the middle of something" and if I could email or text to get a quote. I chose to text and gave her the measurements based off the website I purchased the desk. The reply I received was "We don't go by decimals we do 1/16 so .3 doesn't mean anything to us can you please be more specific". I found the reply to be rude especially since I do not know anything about glass or the measurements they need. During the time it took for her to get back to me I spoke with a very nice gentleman at Alamo glass who had no problem to take my call or convert the dimensions I gave into something he could use. I replied to her that it was okay and I was able to get a quote from Alamo with those specs to which she replied "Perfect! Thank you!" If you need glass and would like excellent customer service go with Alamo! I know people can have off days but to be rude and condescending to customers is not the answer. read more
