Blue star called me and gave me a quote for $360, he explained that most businesses use the camera recalibration as an excuse to up charge and that he wouldn't be disconnecting any wires when replacing my windshield. I was a bit skeptical at first, I was worried I would have to go get my camera recalibrated. (I have a 2022 Honda Accord). It's been 2 and a half weeks since I had it replaced and I've had no issues, camera still works just as good! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a cheaper alternative than giving your money to the dealerships. We took our vehicle there to get our windshield replaced and they replaced it(took them two tries) but broke the front cowl windshield bottom covering on our Highlander. They advised they will order it from Toyota and replace it, they called me to say they were going to Toyota to call in for the replacement part but never called back after that. On top of that they didn't install the driver side windshield weathering cover properly so when driving out in the highway it flew off. I sent a couple of emails to customer.care@safelite.com but didn't get any response from there. Pretty irritated with this level of service from this company and location.
