Based on that we submitted all requested financial documents and pay stubs etc and moved forward in good faith. Then without authorization they ran our credit and suddenly claimed our score was nearly 150 points lower and the owner no longer wants to rent to us. I actually went and paid for my full credit not even close to what Tammi said the score was so she definitely is lying to us. It gets worse they have refused to provide a copy of the report despite multiple requests. In fact communication has completely stopped no responses or explanations just silence. Meanwhile I already paid a deposit for movers , started calling utility companies to get everything switched as I was led to believe I was moving into this new home as I was told via text a lease was being drafted up and I had the ok to go ahead and get a cashiers check. The property suddenly went back onto Zillow with updated photos like nothing happened. This process was misleading and so very unprofessional and honestly a complete waste of time and money. I have screenshots documenting everything as I have gone ahead and reported her to the California Department of Real Estate. Multiple times now there have been work vans parked in his parking spot and nothing is done about it. After coming and going, running errands with my friend who lives here we get back, park in HIS parking after having to wait for the workers were originally parked in it to leave. 2 hours later we were notified by a neighbor that they were towing my car because the woman in charge contacted them. She allows random workers to take his spot without his permission and does nothing about it, but is quit to try and get my car towed even though the resident who owns the spot allows me too.

While that sounds really great and appetizing, your neighbor's children kick balls into your window. To make matters worse, the neighbors will drive you nuts since they barely vet them. You got anywhere from psychopaths to drug addicts living in the complex. It is a nightmare no one should have to endure. Good luck living here because it's literally the worst.
