Our call was received by a pleasant voice in the office who was able to let us know that they'd be out between 7 and 9 that same day. At 7:20pm we rec'd a call from Jordan, who was 30 minutes out and on his way. When Jordan arrived, he was smiling and ready tackle our problem.
