Then one of the grooms man had ordered a "set up" but couldn't carry it, I was 4 people back in line and told him I'd grab it. Got to the bar and the lady wouldn't let me take the set up. B/c I was not the one that paid for it. REALLY? It is a bucket of ICE!!! She acted as if I was taking a bucket of gold coins IT's ICE!!! I was not impressed with their customer service at all! I spoke to front desk and informed them of problem, spoke to front desk again in the morning, called front desk 6 hours later asking for manager to call me. Called 1-800-Hilton and they were unable to get in touch with hotel. I tried to handle this with hotel staff, management and 1-800 number. Zero customer service and no attempt to make things right. This is not a safe hotel in regards to cleanliness or security. Stay away from Hilton and especially this hotel. I have stayed in Motel 6 that are 5 times cleaner, nicer and much better customer service.

I worked most of Monday night getting money for gas to be at the hilton the following morning at 10, I didn't factor in all the red lights I would catch or that it's on the farthest east side of Odessa. I arrived at 1015. I didn't see her, after waiting for a little bit, I asked from dest to let Stephanie know I was there. At about 1030 she came out to me, in front of a guest she told me how I was 30 min. late and they would be in need of my services. It was a trial, I have so much to offer and wasn't even given a chance. I wasn't 30 min late, and I'm not perfect, I guess she is perfect and only perfect people are hired. Also the day before I had finished filling out some paperwork and Stephanie told me to wait for her, 30 minutes later a different woman came out to me , she was laughing under her breathe while glancing back towards an office and told me to be there the next day. I honestly feel that Stephanie isn't professional at all, and she didn't like me and found it funny to have me come in the next day knowing ,It was possible I would have some difficulty being there at 10. Were here for 3 nights - on the 3rd night - room was not made up/tidied at all - when I called down to inquire about Tv being repaired (which I had been told would be repaired on 2nd day after complaint) I was told there was no maintenance or housekeeping in site during the Memorial Day weekend...Which there was no information or acknowledgement of about previously. Each time we said something about our TV or the ice machine we were told maintenance is aware but there is nothing that could currently be done.
