Ok so the theater part is really nice but as far as eating at the bars outside is trash. Service is horrible took forever to get our food , the server got our drinks after our food and the food well u can expect to pay 15 bucks for 5 wings it's super expensive. I went 2 times this past year, once for a movie and second for the arcade and both times were great There was no line for tickets to Oppenheimer or Barbie (even though it was packed) although to get popcorn and snacks the line was so long BUT it moved so fast so we still got to see opening credits. Afterward the bathrooms were busy and took forever but luckily were clean The arcade was so fun, using a card you put money on was easy to use for a variety of games. And I used tickets to buy a motion sensor toilet light (and a hackysack and a couple rubber mini hands) there were so many games you really didn't have to wait to play anything and one of my favorites was pac man because it was like 10 feet tall and you could play multiplayer! read more

We went to the movies last night here for the first time. We thought you could order food while watching the movie but only allowed in epix part so if you are not in that particular movie then you need to order your food with your ticket at the concessions and then they will bring it out to you in your theater but if you need anything like refills or condiments you have to leave the theater and go get it. My husband's work Holiday party was held here. Having never been to a Cinergy complex before, I was interested what it was all about! Wow! It is AWESOME! Our group's party was in the Bowling alley area. I did also see some actual party rooms as well. This place has so much fun stuff to do! A movie theater, bowling, laser tag, video games, escape rooms, an indoor "high ropes" course, virtual reality area, a 4D movie ride and I'm sure I'm forgetting some! We partook in bowling and the escape room. Bowling was great. The escape room was a bit confusing. I feel like we weren't given much info on what to even do. Needless to say, we made it out but it was kind of weird. The food was really good! Our buffet had: cheeseburgers, with assorted toppings, hotdogs, wings, french fries and tortilla chips with several dips. I consider myself somewhat of a French fry connoisseur... and Cinergy's were SUPERB! I loved the crisp batter on them! Yum! The employees were fantastic! We can't wait to return!!!! read more

Move over at Dave & Buster's you have been outdated. As you drive app on this semi Monumental building you will notice it is about as long as two football fields if not longer. Parking is a plenty in the daytime but probably be a struggle past 8 o'clock. Please set up here is everything is pretty much paid with a card as far as the games, you know you go to the machine and purchase a card and load it up with either cash or your credit card and then you're ready to play. If you are a pinball enthusiast, there are two pinball machines here, better than nothing. You get to have fun with House of the Dead and Game of Thrones. In here you will find laser tag, a zombie type maze that you go through I assume, I did not go in but it is $5 per person for people together maximum. There is a bar area, bowling, movie theater, video games, virtual machine arena, a physical type obstacle course where you are placed upon a harness and you need to go through. It is pretty much as it is, pretty energetic with lots of staff to your disposal here. Of course there is an area where if you would like a party for your siblings or possibly yourself, you can book one if three areas. As you walk into the building, to the left there is an office or you may inquire about this. Where is a bank of machines where you can go ahead and pay for your movie tickets or load your cards right up front and if you are not sure of things, there is some type of Hostess that kind of helps you through the process. The food, it is damndunkelydoo doo expensive but this is definitely to expect in a place like this or even Dave & Buster's simply because you are paying for these high-tech machines to keep the business going. There are a bunch of restaurants before you turn into here which you might want to check out but for convenience they have it here. $17 for two pretzels is a tad out of what I would like to eat worth maybe $2 could a brother get a ribeye? Wink alert, ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-) there is a soft grass right before you enter this place. No matter your age if you're going to get alcohol at the bar be prepared to have your identification checked even if you have white hairs on your beard. Do not be butthurt, just take it as a compliment. Quick update, we went here as able to group last night and purchase our tickets for ocean 8. Pretty much instead of writing what you want to order on a piece of paper like Movie Tavern there is a little machine that you can depressed buttons in order what you need, that's cool! My complaint was I bought that expensive $6 beer again and asked the lady at the popcorn counter if I had to purchase my Foods there or could I order inside since I have not been in here yet and she said everything needs to be purchased there. It's pretty disconcerting when you go in and find that you could have ordered inside but maybe she didn't understand my Engrishhh. This was my first trip to Cinergy and it will definitely not be my last! In fact, I just signed up for the Elite rewards program. We came to see a movie but arrived hours early to play the games. We had a great time playing as if we were little kids, just trying everything! It was a little bit of a bummer to see so many games out of order. For example, we paid $6.00 for the photo booth and went through all of the steps just to find that it too was also out of order and we were out they money, again. We could have asked for a refund but the staff were never at their stations and it would have taken forever to track them down. We did track them down to do the escape room. It was fun but the staff member took his time, stood in the way, and was condescending. I wouldn't do another activity like that there again. I would just wait and go to a real escape room or if you want to play pool, a real pool place. read more

This is a really nice theater. You buy your movie tickets at the kiosks at the very front and then there's a ton of games you can play. The only issue I had was it's credit card only-NO cash! I was told this was a manager policy. Guess cash isn't king anymore. read more

We went for the new Batman movie, had dinner and by the end of the 3 hour movie I was sick. My boyfriend and I had shared pizza and a burger, by the end I needed to go home. Come 3am I was throwing up and this continued for 2 weeks, my boyfriend went to urgent care twice and I went once. Both dehydrated and with a bacterial infection. I called to inform them of the incident because we know that's where it happened (both been in different towns prior to this meal) and the manager told me sorry, hope you feel better. DO NOT EAT HERE. We've both been in antibiotics and trying to get over this, they said it could be from cross contamination, and not taking care of the food temps or bad water. Cinergy used to be a nice experience, but it's just average now with disappointing food. The movie viewing quality and activities are fine, but the food has really gone downhill since the pandemic. It's more enjoyable to watch a movie at home with takeout. Today we had "sliders" that were actually one large burger cut into four pieces - talk about lazy! We had a soggy tortilla chip that must have been floating into the queso that was added to our cheese fries and they charged extra for the sauce on our boneless buffalo wings. Food was mediocre I had the cheese pizza just had barely any pizza sauce and my wife had a burger but she said it had no flavor. Fries were the only good thing there. For how much I paid I expected better and they even charge you for water. Movie theater overall was nice and I will come back for concessions and movie but not the food. I have always enjoyed the seat-side food service popping up in movie theaters and this one was no exception. I was kind of surprised by the sheer size of the building when you first go in. It's very open and spacious and in a way feels kind of empty with a lot of space not utilized. I was told that this is a new location, so it might get filled over time, but most of it felt actually empty. The arcade games on both sides of the building were nice for eating up time before the show, but the actual game options were kind of low and during a big rush time I can see them not having nearly enough games available to keep people entertained. The concession was very nicely set up and big to accommodate a big group of people and the menu selection and prices were about what I was expecting to pay. One really odd thing that was actually very problematic is that they didn't accept cash at the concession which kind of blew my mind. I've never seen a place that doesn't accept the good old American dollar. I kind of felt bad for any younger people that don't have credit cards or anything that would be unable to purchase anything. The inside of the theaters were pretty nice and the chairs felt very comfortable. The food we ordered took about 10 minutes to get to us which was nice and the food was hot. Overall the food quality I would say was above what I was expecting for a movie theater which was nice, but the portions to cost was a little small, which again being a movie theater was not surprising at all. Everything with the screens and sound were great, and the interior was very clean and free of food from the previous showings. The staff was also very nice and polite and at one point, we dropped a brand new bag of popcorn when they brought our food and they kindly just replaced it for us themselves promptly. Overall I would certainly return to see a movie here, but I would most likely avoid the arcade area and some of the more traditional foods that were small portioned. read more

Early last week, I purchased a ticket to see Back to the Future in a regular sized auditorium but then my ticket was switched to the Epic screen auditorium on the day of? And then this past week, I purchased a ticket to see Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark in the Epic auditorium screening & today it was no longer in the Epic auditorium but switched to a regular smaller screen. I tried to talk with the theater employee about my frustrating experiences but they brushed it off like it was no big deal. I'm really sorry to complain but this shouldn't be done to the Cinergy customers. It becomes a frustrating experience when you choose to purchase a ticket for a certain auditorium & then have the auditorium switched unbeknownst to the theater customer. I choose certain times & seating to see a film because I want to see it on a specific screen format. Please, stop doing this to your customers like myself who come regularly. I really love coming to Cinergy but it's becoming a frustrating experience when I purchase ticket for a certain auditorium but then to have it switched unbeknownst to me. The most comfortable reclining seats ever! There is a swivel tray for your food as well as a giant cup holder. If you decide mid-movie that you are hungry, you can order and pay right from your seat. The EPIC 3D experience was great and definitely worth the extra money. read more

We visit Odessa Cinergy frequently. We have always been very satisfied. We chose Odessa Cinergy because of how clean it was. We alway get popcorn, candy and drinks. The popcorn was stale!!! Yuck!!!!! Very disappointed. The cleaning staff had just left theater 9. The theater was anything but clean. The floors still had popcorn on them. The seats we sat in had dirty napkins and Kleenex in them. The food comes out looking like a lunchable. The pics on the menu are more than deceiving. The chicken wings came out looking like the inbred relatives to McDonald's nuggets and lacked flavor. The frozen drinks advertised in a nice glass for the price come out in clear solo cups looking like a slurpy from kidd jones. I've been taking my daughter to cinergy for going on 6 years now as a place for daddy daughter time. We've been collecting points almost the whole time. We had accumulated a little over 111,000 points on our card which allows you to get toys and prizes for playing their games. We have spent thousands accumulating those points over the years. My card was getting old and they had me move my points over to a different card. When I checked the points, they only transferred 11,000 points instead of the 111,000. When I went to let them know about it they did an "investigation" and said sorry, we'll give you another 10,000 but not the 100,000. That is robbery. They don't give receipts for points and you have no way to prove what you had. I've spent 10's of $1,000's if dollars at multiple Cinergies over the years just on games and way more on their movies and food. Not any more. read more

Bigger better game room and laser tag. Better bar area and service. They also have an over head I-beam climbing obstacle course and movie theater. This one is way better then the one in Midland. You can take the kids to play games and unwind as well with a drink and food from a long list of meals. The large popcorn also has free refills. read more

Absolute travesty in the bartending service on the 21st I bought 2 amazing 3 wise men "8 dollars a shot" On the 22nd of july i got the same drink and recieved seltzer water.. "Of course i complained to mangement" Im a huge fan of cinergy and go any oppertunity I get but the service today was a huge dissapointment I expect at least some consistancy between drinks ... While in town visiting family we attended 2 different movies over 2 days. First day was an ok experience....staff was a little grouchie. Second experience is the reason for the 2 stars! Ordered a pizza and it took about 30 mins to get it.... it was made wrong. Then asked one of the waiters to correct it- that was playing on his phone in hall of theater. Received another pizza 10 mins later, wrong again! I then left the movie which had been on for 20 mins, and for the 3rd time to get the 12.00 pizza fixed. I waited for a mgr at the kitchen doors to fix my order. Returned to my movie and waited 20 mins for my pizza which was finally correct. After the movie we stayed to hangout and play pool with family. In this area went to the bar to get food and drinks. Turned away from bartender and sent to a waitress in section. Waitress informed me that she was living and couldn't help me...in a not so nice way. Once again attempted to go to the bar to place order. After standing there for about 10 mins. The mgr asked one of the 4 bartenders standing and talking on the other side to come help me. Needless to say.... we did spend alot of time and money in this theater. From what we experienced in multiple area I think that on our next visit to Odessa we will not go to this theater for entertainment. read more

This is one of the most unique spins on entertainment I've ever seen. While I haven't tried the bowling or game area, I have dined here while seeing a movie and I can say with 100% certainty that Cinergy puts its money where it's mouth is. The seat not only recline but are made of a super comfortable leather. The food here is above average, and can be ordered on a tablet near your chair in the theater. The experience is more than worth the inflated price of the ticket. (P.S. be expecting to pay in excess of $15 for a movie ticket when you go.) read more
