That's what I decided to stop using Spectrum even though my brother has worked there for over 4 years. They allow their employees to have free wifi and other services. Which leads me to my 0 star. My brother is a disabled veteran, and for the past 6 months has struggled with mental illnering this time frame he had to use up all his vacation/personal time, which led to retaliation from his employers. NOTE: This facility has no Human Resource department. Two months ago, he was unable to go into the office due to health issues and got a note from the Veteran's office here in the metro. They then finally supplied him with the equipment to work from home. About two weeks later he was called into a netting and was suspended without pay. With inflation, poverty rising day by day, rent costs sky rocketing, and Charter/Spectrum Communications of Kansas City decided to suspend a disable veteran because he got Veteran Affairs involved because they were retaliating against his use of FMLA and PTO, which is illegal coming from a BSBA with a minor in Business Law. I would mot have let her in if I had known she was a smoker. 4. The house smelled like dirty rags after. 5. Whoever is making the schedule is rude and not professional at all!! Customer Service is 9 to 5 weekdays, which means when your internet goes out at 5:01pm on Friday you are DONE for the weekend (which is most weekends with this company). $35.00 a month? I guess you get what you pay for. In this case you pay $35 a month for internet that is far worse than dial up, that has an 80% down time, and that is a TOTAL and COMPLETE waste of your time and money. Companies such as EasyNet gained their claim to fame by providing "internet" to rural areas. The truth is that people get STUCK using EasyNet because there are very few alternatives. SAVE YOUR MONEY and invest in a different internet service. Cell Phone Internet is even better than this company! As is Dial Up, as in pretty much ANYTHING ELSE!
