Today, after booking a 'deep tissue' massage, the therapist basically just gave me very expediently moisturized skin. Almost no pressure! After I'd prompted her twice. : / Then, I had to tell her to slow down and actually *press* into the muscles. Very disappointed. I really wanted to support this local place. But after the price of a 60 minute was just increased as well, nope. I will stick to my trusty Theragun.
