They always missed some spots inside the cabin and under my daughter car seat (now I just moved everything to the back for them to clean). And alway forget the door sill and the gas cap/tank area. I was a little hesitant about this place, because who wants to go to a car wash and wash the car…read morethemselves? Well, that's what you gotta do here. But let me tell you a little bit about it. As soon as you pull up in front they have a prep area they have brushes and liquid that you use to wipe off dead bugs around the license plate in between your wheels, windshield etc., then you drive up and right now they're doing five dollars a month for your first month and I joined the plan. When you join the plan you pull up and it reads your license plate and you go right through. Then you go to a place where there's a conveyor belt, and a human. The human tells/ directs you to pull forward so that your tires go on the conveyor belt properly and you put it in neutral. Don't touch the break and don't touch the steering wheel. Then you just glide on through the machine. When you're done, if you opt for the package, it even shines your tires. Then, upon exiting, you could immediately exit and go to your left, or you could go to the right, and they have super heavy duty vacuums, compressed air, they even have a mat washer along with microfiber cloths and window cleaner. The microfiber cloth clean fabulously. You start with the windows and wipe down l your dashboard, your steering wheel and then the thing you step on before you get out and you put it in the dirty towel bucket. You could bring it through as many times in a day as you want. So far I've been averaging about three days a week and on the weekends when I have my husband that's when I actually stop and vacuum and do the whole inside, so we could each to our own side I'm going to say that between the quality of the products they have, and the efficiency of the layout, it's better or as nice as any detail job I've ever had

They are typically busy but the wait is never long. Always friendly and accommodating when I need them to break a $10 or $20. You can wait on the benches but they also have a waiting room with complimentary water and coffee, which is nice on hot days. The exterior wash is usually good. Gets the bird poop out and makes the rims shiny. You can stay inside the car for the ride. The interior cleaning is where they fall a little short. It's good not great. I always notice a little dust or pebbles left in corners. Areas that require a bit more effort to vacuum or reach. They don't rush and if you point something out, they will grab supplies and go over any problematic areas so the service is good.

I waited at a seating area and drank coconut water purchased inside the gas station while I watched their deliberate process and attention to, pardon the pun, detail. It was washed, wiped and detailed exceptionally well and I'm very happy with the customer service received for the dollar amount paid. Note: once you drive through, the slip you're handed is paid inside the gas station and you're handed two receipts. One is your copy the other is presented at pickup.

This was my first time at the Wellington location, and it was a really poor experience overall. I pulled up in my Tesla to redeem a Groupon, but the service fell way short. Their interior cleaning turned out to be nothing more than someone wiping things down with a damp rag with water--no actual interior detail or product used. Worse, the employee handling my car didn't know how to operate a Tesla. He got stuck halfway through the tunnel trying to figure out how to get into the car, had to come locate me mid-wash, and couldn't even figure out how to open the door. The car wash was just ok.
