This would be a 3 star review if I was paying full price but I get the Groupons so their full service inside and outside wash comes to $14+tip. They are typically busy but the wait is never long. Always friendly and accommodating when I need them to break a $10 or $20. You can wait on the benches but they also have a waiting room with complimentary water and coffee, which is nice on hot days. The exterior wash is usually good. Gets the bird poop out and makes the rims shiny. You can stay inside the car for the ride. The interior cleaning is where they fall a little short. It's good not great. I always notice a little dust or pebbles left in corners. Areas that require a bit more effort to vacuum or reach. They don't rush and if you point something out, they will grab supplies and go over any problematic areas so the service is good. read more

I just went to this car wash hearing that it was great and they leave your car spotless. In reality it was a okay experience. There's this rude kid that misguides you when you're getting your car cleaned with a nasty attitude and heard this isn't the first time. On top of that i thought they were going to clean my car on the inside they didn't they just spend a bunch of time doing nothing essentially there's no way i paid almost $40 for literally what i brought in. I could've done this at home if I knew it was going to look the same on the inside when i brought it in. I wouldn't go back honestly save your coin and your time and just do it at home. Update: Great customer service owner and manager rectified the situation and are very understanding about my complaints, truly makes me want to go back. I wouldn't of been heard if this was at another car wash but they care about their clients. I have the worst habit of allowing the interior of my car to go too long without a deep clean & my toddler makes the process of keeping a clean car nearly impossible. I have been looking for a car wash to purchase a membership with & decided to give Clean Wave a try since it's in an ideal location on my commute home. I came on a Thursday evening around 3:30. It was fairly busy but I don't think I've ever driven past here & seen anything different. The car wash signage is eye catching and there are many options of washes and packages to purchase. It would be nice to see consistency across the board when it comes to the services/options listed on their website in comparison to what's presented when you arrive. Especially since I spent a great deal of time trying to preselect what detailing package I wanted beforehand online, but with so many other options posted when I arrived, I did feel rushed to choose as to not hold up the line. I purchased the ultimate interior clean which was around $69.54 (one time wash). I asked the gentleman who worked the car wash entrance how long it would take & was quoted 15, 20, 45 minutes (lol), so I just sat down with my patience. You do sit inside your car for the initial wash which I've always thought was fun, especially with all the bells & whistles. I was a little annoyed with the lack of customer service from some of the employees however. When I exited the wash I pulled around to the numbered lanes. An employee pointed for me to move to lane 1 (I was in lane 3). I moved to lane 1 & an employee then pointed for me to move again ... having never been here before I had no clue what the flow of traffic naturally was or where/which lane I should have been in & after each employee directed me (with their finger) they'd just walk away, so I was sitting in my car just waiting for someone to motion something ... & FINALLY one detailer did. My overall wait time was roughly under an hour. The exterior wash was ok. I found way too many missed spots to be satisfied. The interior detailing was exactly what I needed. There were a few missed spots as well but I'm certain this is the cleanest my car has been this year! read more

We all know there are car washes on every corner right now. They are not all of the same quality. Clean Wave by Walmart on Belvedere and 441 is an excellent car wash. They still have employees there to wash your cars so it's not just on us if we don't want to do it. People are super nice, all of the employees, are excellent job. read more

I brought my car here a few days ago, using a Groupon deal (which for this company is valid for 120, instead of the common 30). The place is pretty big and it was very busy even it was a weekday morning. Unlike other car wash establishments I tried in the past, here you stay in the car when it gets washed in the automated washing station, and that's really cool: all those lights make you think you're having fun in a disco! From what I saw, they only have one person (not a team) taking care of your car, and they're all pretty fast despite the unbearable heat. Orlando did a very good job with my car: it was very well vacuumed including the trunk and around the doors. When I got home I noticed some spots in the back seat, which wiped off anyways very easily. I think they may have come from the perfume they spray in your car: next time I go I will have to remember to ask them not to use perfumes, because I don't like them too much in my car (they're all too strong for me). The only negative I see so far is their prices, which are pretty high. read more

I have come this this car wash twice and the have scratched my car in the same spot each time. They claim their brushes do not scratch up clearly they do. They initially indicated the first time I needed a detail, in which I got they were able to remove the lite scratches. I decided to give them a second chance a week later. I check my car before the wash and there was no scratches. I then checked when it came out off the car wash and there is one of the scratches that was there from a week ago. The continue to insist there system doesn't scratch, but the lit scratches on my car clearly state something different. If you have a car that does not have and scratches I would not recommend this car wash. read more

They have good equipment to do your car wash drive through, their spots to vacuum and air blow are always clean, they have towels available for cleaning the interior and dry the exterior where needed. But mostly because I enjoy their options and always go for the exterior manager's special. I probably should obtain their monthly pass because that pays for itself. I really enjoy the exterior wash on my car and keeps it looking good, especially from where I live in the Acreage with all the dirt roads I have to deal. If you go on the weekend, it's going to be a wait, so best time to go is during the week when the lines aren't as long. Definitely recommend for a good wash. They are equipped with very high and equipment and soul modernized with their systems. Right now with their membership program they have a system where you can just drive up and scan your car and just go right into the car wash and I think that's pretty cool. I don't have a membership yet because I don't drive by there enough but I do want to get one just because of that high-tech system they have with being able to just drive through and enter the car wash by scanning your membership code on the car. I took in my car during mid day Saturday for the first time. At first I was a little intimidated due to the location (within a huge walmart and a gas station in the same lot). The business was packed and the workers looked busy. But thats fine, I went on in and they start it out kinda like a drive through. The gentleman greeted me and provided me the options on a giant viewable menu (i had seen the options online already so i had an idea what i wanted, the top of the line detail package (check it out and read what it provides)). Starts out with a Drive thru wash with a machine (not like gas station ones, much more delicate). Soon after i take my car to the detail station to leave it there and head home (i was nearby, uber sufficed). They mentioned it would take a few hours (i dont blame them they have a ton of business). Hector and Lucero worked on my car and left it damn near flawless (to me).. check out the pics and decide yourself. The price seems reasonable (for the kind of work) and i provided generous tips to these folks. Theyre getting down and dirty to leave the product looking great. If they had more space and maybe a better location the work would be even better. My car was covered in pollen. I paid $65 for Clean Wave's service, which included a car wash and interior cleaning. The drive through wash took less than 5 minutes and there was still pollen all over the car. The hand cleaning and interior took the 45 minutes. The car was still covered in pollen, but now it has finger prints on the windows too. They also sprayed a horrible smelling spray in my car without my permission. Don't ever take your car there! Terrible service. The manager wanted us to waste out time and money on a special treatment. I showed him that the pollen wipes right off. I believe he was just trying rip me off because I'm a woman.
