In addition to scratches all over the roof and spoiler, they used chemicals and cleaners that should not have been used on my vehicle. This resulted in permanent stains on the exterior trim, staining throughout the wheel wells, and blotchy marks across the leather and interior trim. Another professional detailing company evaluated the vehicle and provided a written report. That report states the entire car now needs to be redone inside and out just to correct these mistakes, with an estimated cost of $400. That figure does not include the roof repair, which was estimated at an additional $500, the paint damage on the side mirror at approximately $100, or the cost to replace the permanently stained trim pieces... not to mention that they also ruined the carpeting in my trunk from cleaning it way too aggressively. I was also informed that the scratches on the spoiler and roof went through both the clear coat and the paint, which means those areas will require complete sanding and repainting to be properly corrected. To make matters worse, I later learned that the owner, Adam, is only 20 years old and that his LLC was created just two months before my appointment. In my experience, Adam handled the situation very poorly. Rather than taking responsibility, he was dismissive and argumentative, and he showed no willingness to make things right. He even had his father do the detailing work on my car. After I raised these issues, his communication became extremely unprofessional. He repeatedly texted me in a very unprofessional and immature manner, told me that because my security camera was not working I had no proof, and refused to cooperate in resolving the damage. I did eventually receive a refund for the original detailing charge, but it took significant back and forth just to get that much. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have EVER had. If you care about your vehicle, I strongly recommend staying far away from this company and taking your business elsewhere.

It looks like the big brother of plastic wrap, but is sturdier and comes in different degrees of tint--customer's choice. We chose NEW YORK CITY WINDOW TINTING, which we found on Yelp, where they've earned many excellent reviews. (I'm finally adding mine!) Jerry Ciccio is the principle. He did an excellent job on all my windows. The cost was reasonable, he and his helper arrived as planned, and finished and cleaned up very well. If you wish, you may use my name as a positive reference. Pricing goes by the size of the window(s). You'll have to do some measuring in advance, send the dimensions to him, and then Jerry can give you an estimate. He'ss answer any of your questions and concerns, and is a very congenial guy. I bring my corvette to get wrapped. It looks horrible but he says give it a week and it will be fine, it's been 2 weeks and it is HORRIBLE on the front and rear windows, bubbles everywhere. He tells me my car is very hard to do. So I say just refund me for those 2 windows I'll pay for the 2 good side ones and I'll go to a shop that is capable of doing it. He refuses saying I want free stuff. Look at the pictures. I dont want anything for free i just want my car to look nice. On top of that when I picked up the car (c6 z06) I hear a ticking from the engine thay I did NOT have before. So I bring it up to him and he says they didnt drive it around and he "has video proof". I've asked him 5 times to show me the video and he refuses. Sketchy I know. But I even admitted to him it could have been a coincidence but I would feel better if I could see the video. He refuses. He said bring the car back to his shop to have the tint fixed. But clearly his shop is not talented enough to do mt car so I want to go elseware. He refuses to make accommodations. Also why would I trust my car with them after what happened and he's being shady. He will boast he has so many nice cars and there is no reason he would drive mine (650 hp corvette). Seats were vacuumed but not wiped (dried applesauce on door panel and headrest) I ended up wiping the inside down with armor all wipes the next day. This car was cleaned for 2 hours. Our other car was vacuumed, and the dash was dusted and wiped. Cup holders and seats were still a bit dirty. Nate did mention that the carpet had a few deep stains that needed an extractor. I got 20% on my 2026 Tacoma with the mid range tint that reflects UV an heat. They did a really good job and looks flawless. The owner was a nice guys and reminded me of their lifetime warranty. The shop really stood out to me and looked very clean and organized which I liked. If you are looking for a cheap tint job just for looks this isn't your place. If you want quality material and expert craftsmanship then get them from tinting motors.
