Everything im about to tell you is true. If he says he's trying to resolve this issue he is lying. I've called multiple times to have the problem resolved and he refuses to answer. I bring my corvette to get wrapped. It looks horrible but he says give it a week and it will be fine, it's been 2 weeks and it is HORRIBLE on the front and rear windows, bubbles everywhere. He tells me my car is very hard to do. So I say just refund me for those 2 windows I'll pay for the 2 good side ones and I'll go to a shop that is capable of doing it. He refuses saying I want free stuff. Look at the pictures. I dont want anything for free i just want my car to look nice. On top of that when I picked up the car (c6 z06) I hear a ticking from the engine thay I did NOT have before. So I bring it up to him and he says they didnt drive it around and he "has video proof". I've asked him 5 times to show me the video and he refuses. Sketchy I know. But I even admitted to him it could have been a coincidence but I would feel better if I could see the video. He refuses. He said bring the car back to his shop to have the tint fixed. But clearly his shop is not talented enough to do mt car so I want to go elseware. He refuses to make accommodations. Also why would I trust my car with them after what happened and he's being shady. He will boast he has so many nice cars and there is no reason he would drive mine (650 hp corvette). For months, I was planning on doing something to my Accord 2.0T and spent weeks looking for the place that would take care of my car like it was their own. Full disclosure! My review is based on my experience with my brother in law who had his Mercedes G63 AMG permanently treated with "Ceramic Pro" protective coating. He selected the "Ceramic Pro Gold package" with paint correction, interior and rain treatment for the glass. The car came out drop your jaw immaculate! If you have vanity issues, perfect, you'll be staring at your car for hours admiring how Great you and the car looks! It's like looking into a mirror! They did a wonderful job correcting the paint blemishes on the vehicle and also got the car back to him in a timely manner. The Ceramic Pro warranty is also transferable to a new owner if he ever decides to sell the car, but I don't think he'll be getting rid of his baby anytime soon. The treatment is resistant to scratches, corrosives and oxidation. The water shedding properties are insane as the drops of water just bead right off. Listen folks if you hate, detest and I mean loathe washing your car, get the Ceramic Pro treatment, all you need to do is hose your car off with water and you are done! The owner Seth is truly an Awesome individual who you can tell is passionate about the services and products he offers. Seth guarantees and stands by his work. The receptionist was cursing at us and was in my moms face.. WITHOUT A MASK! I only gave this business one star because I have to. Their customer service and receptionist deserve a 0. Customer Service is ATROCIOUS! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GO THERE. My mother and I went there to pick up our car because it was reposted and held at this facility. The receptionist with PURPLE HAIR was extremely rude and behaved in a beyond childish manner and was also cursing at us because we told her that the customer service that we were receiving was extremely bad. There was new scratch on the car that was NOT THERE WHEN THEY TOOK IT & the right front tire was COMPLETELY FLAT! My mother asked the guy that pulled the car around if something happened to the tire and he got snippy with her and walked away.. (All he had to say was that he didn't know, we're not hostile people.. it's not that deep) THE RECEPTIONIST WITH THE PURPLE HAIR came out and as my mom is explaining to her what happened she cuts her off and has an attitude just saying "Well what would you like me to say" .. Umm anything, you work here ma'am. Long story short I had to let her know that the disrespect she's putting out isn't necessary. We went back and forth because NO ONE WILL EVER DISRESPECT MY MOTHER. Not today, not any day. It was unnecessary and uncalled for, ESPECIALLY when THE RECEPTIONIST WITH THE PURPLE HAIR STARTING CURSING AT ME AND MY MOTHER!!!! & even then we still just took the car and left. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE! She needs to be removed from her position because you do not do that to anyone. You never curse at customers under any circumstance. The response I got from the "Owner" on google says: "Obviously some sort of hater, thank you for the FALSE review." - How professional. Update: When we made the appointment it was with YOUR business to pick up the car and we came through YOUR garage & when we called back I spoke with YOUR receptionist. It's the same business. Art of Wrap put a clear paint protection on my car this past fall. It's honestly an amazing product. In a parking lot someone hit my car, not 1 piece of paint came off and no rust till this day. Living in New York with the snow and rain it hardly sticks and comes right off. The staff did an amazing job not 1 problem. I went to this store with a stone-chipped Bentley. I got a full detail; touch up paint and X-pel clear paint protection film. IT LOOKS BETTER; SLICKER AND NICER THAN WHEN IT WAS NEW. I also got Ceramic Pro treatment. This was done for me in 24 hours!!! one Day and with a loaner car. The price was ultra competitive and on point. Art of Wrap is amazing. Seth Rose (owner) just completed a custom silver carbon wrap project for my 2013 Audi RS5. It looks FLAWLESS AND AMAZING TO SAY THE LEAST!!! Seth is extremely professional and courteous and pays attention to the finest detail. I HIGHLY recommend "ART of Wrap" to anyone serious about customizing their car. He finished the project on my car which consisted of: Black vinyl roof for panoramic look, front black vinyl accents (under grille and headlights), front lower diffuser in (silver carbon), side skirt accents in silver carbon, all 4 rim accents in silver carbon, rear trunk (silver carbon), rear lower diffuser (silver carbon), Gruppe M carbon fiber ram air system installation, and mirrors (silver carbon).
