When I told him we were going to a place that sells rocks, he was so excited. The owner was extra kind to him and made him feel very special. He had a chest full of agates and other stones that was too high for my grandson to reach and was kind enough to find a way to get it down to his level. All of the possible classes are listed in their website. I would be hard to pick a favorite class. Each of the classes is taught by a different artist or expert in that class. There are 2 different areas where the classes are taught one in the back and one in the middle section. The website has a description of each class that is offered as well as the requirements that you need to bring for the class. The ability to walk out with a project that you learned how to make is priceless. I highly recommend going to a class at My New Favorite Thing or just going shopping. Local artists each get a section to display. I will be going back for more projects.
