Randall Dyk, I don't know where my kids would be right now. It makes me shudder to think about it. He goes above and beyond to help work with us as a team. His respect and deep caring for my boys is always so evident. He does volunteer work in Africa yearly. My son wanted to see a real elephant. Dr. Dyk went out of his way to bring in a pic of an elephant and keep it at his desk until my son came in. That was weeks later. That's the thoughtfulness we receive there. The nurses are always kind and patient. They don't force anything on my boys which would have catastrophic consequences. They trust this office and remember everyone. With an autistic child that is everything. My children have been in critical condition twice each. I never questioned follow up care with this facility.

The doctor was great. The new girl at the front desk was awesome. The only bad part was hearing Kalsey talk to the new girl like that. We were both embarrassed. We go back because the doctor was very professional and answered ever question my wife asked. But the rude girl stuck with us.
