She's so kind and to have someone fully listen to my concerns is a breath of fresh air. I truly feel she has my back and is willing to run the distance for me to make sure I'm as healthy as possible. The location couldn't be any better as well! I'm actually excited to start my health journey for a change. :) Front Desk clerks were very kind and informative. The nurse was gracious and caring. She has always taken the time to listen to our concerns, and to explain things to myself and my children. Unfortunately, I have not had that same experience with Dr. Dodich, who dismissed my concerns and sent us home without ordering a blood test or even doing a full exam. Thankfully, I was able to reach out the following day and found someone at the office who was willing to order the blood draw, and it was confirmed that my daughter had contracted Lyme disease, like I had suspected. Now that the practice has dismissed Dr. Bunka for insisting on providing adequate patient care, we will be looking for a new practice for my children.

I stopped by in person and again staff was just very friendly. I was having issues with transferring my son's medical records to their office and they were very patient with me re-faxed the medical release form to my former office (a few times for me) without me even having to ask. We've been in twice to see the doctors and both doctors took their time to listen to any concerns I had, I didn't feel rushed like they needed to leave to go see the next patient. The nurses are also friendly and listen to concerns you may have so they can inform the doctors in advance. I've been please with the service here and glad we chose this pediatric office.

The office is always decorated in every season. They have a nice big bathroom, a place to hang your coats and a gorgeous fish tank. They nurses that take you back are always smiling and answer any question you have. Our absolute favorite doctor is Dr. John Spitzer. He's all three of my kids doctors and I wouldn't ever change it. He's so funny, caring, listen and answers questions the best he can. He never rushes us. Makes us feel so confident in ever question! I highly recommend bringing your kids to this office. Very clean, nice, hard working people that really care about you!

At first, I was nervous, but when I went for my first visit (during Covid) I was relieved at how clean, courteous and professional everyone was. Follow up appointments and calls have all been easy as well. I've even been able to email my doctor about a med that he thought I had a refill on that I must have let expire, and he sent the new script in to pharmacy based on all the information I gave him from the pharmacy! I have been very happy with the new facility!
