He got started quickly and made me aware of the timeframe it would take for the floating floor to dry. Kevin and Zack were able to clean up the sewage and cut out all of the damaged walls as well as dry and sanitize everything. They worked tirelessly for more than a week and was able to clean all of my personal property as well. They threw away everything that was damaged and even dealt with my insurance company. Got a quote to steam upstairs carpet and clean an area rug. They took the rug with them to clean. 6…read moremonths in, they kept dodging me to return the rug. Finally got the rug back after they located it. (They couldn't find my 2K rug.) Today (about 9 mos later) we unrolled the right to put it back out. It's literally filthy! They did NOTHING to our rug. I'm glad to have it back but incredibly disappointed. Do not use these scammers!!!!
