He never offered a full refund. This was really simple, I called him, negotiated a price for his services, and then attempted to use the voucher I purchased on Yelp. He REFUSED to honor the voucher, period! I admit, I did hang up on him, because I wanted no part of his bribe offer. The facts still remain. Oh, and one more reason to stay away from this business; He called me right back and left a message stating that if I didn't remove the review he would take me to court. All four times he gave me that total price will be $200 and no extra charge like other guys (he knows very well my neighborhood and house size). But when I paid him, he asked for $20 more for gas (this company is less than 5 miles from my house). I argued with him and he yelled at me, "you have to pay for your gas". I told him that he did not tell me for gas surcharge upfront. He yelled, "by Law I do not have disclosure any surcharge". He is really rude. He did very good job, but please ask if he is going to charge you for gas and other surcharges ($20 for less than 5 miles).

He was also flexible in additional requests we had along the way (like asking for a final glossy coat to finish the wood floors). I was originally going to replace carpet with LVP but found wood floors under the carpet! We chose to have the wood floors refinished and stained and they turned out fantastic! It looks like a completely new space. The job was scheduled within a few days and was completed on schedule. Included (for a fee) in the quote was assistance putting furniture back in the room which was helpful. I'd contact Antoine again for future flooring needs.

The man and woman duo were just standing around in one bedroom not doing any cleaning! There were blinds on the floor needing dusting--they decided to just leave it there until I asked. I did not see a single duster, mop or vacuum in action. Every inquiry was met with "that's not my job" when you are literally cleaning an empty house! Then shortly afterwards, they packed up and abandoned the job without a word. Very unprofessional and unskilled!
