I asked some more questions (also through Yelp) and was able to get all my questions answered promptly - and this was post business hours. Communication/Promptness = +1 Scheduling service online was a breeze. Even mentioned Yelp to get free deodorizing. Ease of Scheduling = +1 On day of service, I received 2 calls - one to let me know the technician was on the way, and the second when the technician was almost at my residence. Keeping me updated = +1 I explained what work I needed, and asked for some prices of additional items I was considering. Once I had decided on what I wanted cleaned, the technician got to work. He explained what he was doing, gave me some tips on keeping my rugs and carpets cleaned. Pricing = +1 (very reasonable, check online for average prices) I had my couch, dining chairs, three area rugs and bar chairs cleaned. Took the technician about a hour and a half and I didn't ever feel like he was rushing or doing a shoddy job. In the end I was happy with the outcome! Plus the free watermelon deodorizer.... Final Result = +1 (very happy) The process is simple - steam clean :) For larger areas they need a supply of water. Since I had rugs and chairs on two levels of my house, I was initially concerned, but they have an extra large hose in their truck, which can accommodate multiple level houses (2 in my case). I will definitely be using them when I need my rugs or carpet steam cleaned again. P.S. While I didn't use these services, they do spot cleaning treatments and help with pet odor removal too!

Their product is low grade. Their 325.00 credit is an insult.

When they finished the "service" my sectional was damp but there were still plenty of visible surface stains left behind. I successfully attempted to clean some off myself afterwards with just Tide stain remover and a rag. I called them to report the issue and it took several attempts and weeks to schedule an appointment for someone to come back and fix it. They finally sent back the same crew who fell short the first time. And they failed again. They brought no equipment unlike the first time and asked me to use my own stain remover products to remove the surface stains. And they still left a ton behind again. You'd be much better off buying a Bissell machine and cleaning your furniture yourself.

I found the special online and booked without any issues. The day of service, the guy wasn't here 5 minutes before trying to upsell me. I declined and asked what does the process consist of and how long it would take. He broke it down and still tried to upsell me. He advised it would take 2 hours and was dine in 45 minutes... The sofa- once so called done was dry as a bone. No difference was made besides looking like it was vacuumed. The rug- originally wet as ever and I thought that was a good sign. Once it dried there was no difference in the one spot that needed attention. I highly recommend not to use this company. I was so excited to have professionals do this only to be let down. Also, how are you cleaning a rug yet walking all over it with dirty shoes? Note that I have cleaned my sofa and rug before and had way better results.

Scott was informed Aug 2nd that we have a problem and require that he send someone to fix it. Scott came by and assessed the damage and ordered the necessary material, which turned out to be not enough for the job on hand. To make a long story short the circus dragged on until Oct 06, no communication from P&Q to give us any updates, missed appointments without apologies, etc. We were very disappointed and would not recommend them.

They came out and gave us a competitive bid and where on time for the estimates . Unfortunately, once the crew got started it just got off on the wrong foot. I came home early to find them cutting the floor without any fans running nor any finished areas protected from dust . This includes fixtures in the room , which then the installer turns on the fan which they covered in dust and promptly threw dust all over the ceiling (which was never cleaned ). Then installer showed us stain color and swore it was the same as our previous ...but turned out to be not even close ....the crew did a great job though installing floor quickly and resetting all appliances ...then we had a few other hiccups and the end result is now a cupping if all the new hardwoods they installed . Needless to say the execution of demo, install , and finishing was quick and looked good besides the poor matching of stain . So , we now have to figure out how to proceed with 3 kids in the middle of a school year ., one with severe asthma, one on two travel sports teams, and 2 working parents . Geesh this is gonna suck ...again Promised Stu I would update this review after they were more than accommodating with an equitable settlement . They completely owned up and were honestly a pleasure to deal with even through all the issues which could not be diagnosed.

I've never had to deal with Remediation companies, but I have only heard the worst and how they can cost you an approval through your insurance for being able to use your benefit. This company since the moment I called my plumber at 10:40 PM on a Wednesday and let them know that I had a Water emergency, has responded within minutes of EVERY point of contact. I contacted my plumber told him I had an issue at 10:40 PM, my plumber said not to panic. He had a great Remediation team and he recommended tidal wave and Mr. John. Mr. Jon was texting me all of the information as well as a link to the company and their reviews on Google Before I ever talked to him on the phone and told me he would be at the address between 8am and 10am the very next morning And not to worry about anything. This contact was based off of my plumber texting him, my information, not me reaching out. He took the initiative to reach out first. Ever since that first conversation, there has not been one time where a text has gone unanswered in a matter of minutes or a ball has been dropped, or I have felt strung along or ignored. I have been helped from the very first step up into this point and with a company that was so confident in what the next steps were, it made me feel comfortable in a situation that I've never had to deal with. And they are so coordinated across their team. Everyone is amazing. Mr. Mike , Mr. John, Mr. Collin... All of them, and I am nothing but grateful. They have handled everything up until this point with such a level of professionalism. I wouldn't even look anywhere else if I ever need the service again. Now my next review will be off of the work that is done and I will show photos of the before and after. I had a freezer line Pop on my refrigerator and it flooded the upstairs and downstairs calling for renovation. The best case scenario is finding people like this.
