Entire experience was quick & easy from beginning to end. Very professional from coming out to look at the house in order to provide a bid for exterior paint work to the final walk-through with me once the job was complete. Had a minor issue during the project, pointed it out, & it was immediately taken care of. When the job was done they told me that if we noticed anything to call them and they would come back out to touch it up and I really believe they were sincere. Usually, once contractors, etc. have your payment you can't even get them to take your call. We searched the web and found CertaPro Painters, called for a price, scheduled the inspection date. The gave me the cost the next day. Very easy people to do business with. They sent two professional painters, one was the on site supervisor (Juan). They painted the outside (2 different colors) and the inside ceiling white where I had a roof leak. OUTSTANDING job. If they weren't sure of something the asked. They used a high quality life time Sherwin-Williams satin pain (Super Paint) They protected my shrubs, brick and windows. He provided a detailed quote within 24 hours. His price was very competitive. I indicated that I wanted to interview the painting foreman. We needed some ceilings and hallway painted and I called CertaPros for an estimate. They came out talked about how they "tent" the areas to be painted to minimize any paint dispersal. Over all a very good job. Had several rooms painted, baseboard replaced, etc. I felt comfortable leaving them alone in my house. Maybe a little tired at the end of the project.
