When I pointed out the discrepancy, their accounting staff responded with an unnecessarily abrasive attitude and informed me they would "adjust it to the correct amount." Unfortunately, the recalculation they provided was still incorrect. After raising the issue again, I was told--wrongly--that everything had been calculated accurately. Throughout this entire process, the staff was unpleasant, unprofessional, and dismissive. It's unacceptable for a property management company to repeatedly make basic errors with something as important as rent and then treat residents disrespectfully when those errors are brought to their attention. Based on my experience, Lindy Property Management has demonstrated a lack of competence, professionalism, and courtesy. I would not recommend renting from them.
