[[HIGHLIGHT]]The Cherry Hill office and nurse Donna Schwaiger have provided absolutely horrendous customer service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Donna refuses to submit my medication for pre-authorization because it's too much work for her to spend five minutes doing so. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Her office lied to me repeatedly that they have not seen my calls or any of the notes thereafter for an entire week.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The staff as well as Donna herself lied to me claiming they never received a request for pre-authorization that was sent from my pharmacy, even though my pharmacy confirmed the pre-authorization request was successfully received by her office at 12:35 PM to the correct fax number.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Donna is trying to get me to purchase a medication under the table rather than going through my insurance and at this rate, I'm convinced she's doing so because she possibly pockets a portion of the money. That's just a speculation, but you can't fault me for thinking so when she is doing everything in her power to avoid sending a pre-authorization to my insurance, but will gladly connect me to some random person in Philadelphia in order to get the medication. Not to mention her front desk staff is always a new face and out of the five faces that I've seen since my first visit, three of them were clearly under the influence of some hard drug. The office is completely disorganized, the wait times are horrendous, The customer service is absolute garbage, and Donna has proven herself to be the worst nurse practitioner I have ever experienced. Not to mention every time I'm in her office, She introduces herself as doctor even though she's only a nurse practitioner. I could go on and on about the horrible experience I've had with this office and Donna specifically. I'm disgusted and I would never recommend this office to anyone. At this rate, I hope she and everyone in her office is investigated because I've reported her to the board of nursing & provided detailed documentation of every single call that was made, including the calls with my insurance agent on the phone as well as as my pharmacy. The office is requiring patients to leave a credit card on file to autopay any charges. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee plus any copay each visit. I refuse to allow this facility to force me into doing something I am not comfortable with. I will find another provider. read more

They have multiple locations using phone number. I would actually prefer to not even leave one star. Certified dermatology is the worst doctors office ever. When you get to your appointment you are met with nothing but rudeness and unprofessional, immature behavior. After many years of working for Manhattan Physicians, this behavior comes from a lack of management. Trying to get someone to help you on the phone is another challenge all together My husband received positive results and needs further surgery The office never returns call to schedule appointments or discuss billing issues. So my advice, do yourself a favor and go to physicians that actually care how the offfice is run and how the patients are cared for. In my day of patient care this would not fly!!!!! What a disaster! I was made to wait for hours after my appointed time with no explanation whatsoever. Front office staff was rude and deeply unprofessional. Waiting room was in ramshackle condition. When I explained that I was canceling my appointment because I was tired of waiting hours for what was supposed to be a 15 minute procedure, the staff grew openly hostile to me. "You knew what you signed up for," I was told, which was a lie. When I said I wanted to get a refund on my co-pay (which I had to pay up front, BTW), I was told to call the office in the morning, but honestly, I have low expectations that they will actually do it. I had an appt with Dr. Benedetto today. After waiting in the waiting room for a bit, I was finally brought in the back. I laid on the table and was numbed for my procedure. After laying there quite some time, the doc finally poked his head in and said "oh, let me go find my partner" and he walked away, leaving the door ajar, with me laying there in only my bra, exposed to anyone that walked by. Thankfully I was on my stomach but I still didn't appreciate being on display. I waited like that for a few moments hoping they'd come back in. I got off the table and moved out of view and after about 10 more minutes of waiting, I put my shirt on and left. I was extremely upset to know I would have still been left exposed like that had I not moved. Extremely poor bedside manner and clear violation of HIPPA and my privacy. read more

Most unprofessional medical office I have visited. My husband had scheduled surgery here to remove a large cyst. The appointment was for "after 2". They said they would call us when it was time to come in, and we would have 20 minutes to get there. The call came, we dropped everything, and then sat in the waiting room for 2 hours as the practice closed for the day. The girl working the front desk spent the last half hour of her day loudly complaining about how much she couldn't wait to leave, and as she was leaving and we asked if we were going to be seen, she informed us that she had only checked us in to "do them a favor." When I asked if the surgeon was somehow not the same business, she said yeah, but she was "they" had their own thing, whatever that meant. Then she left. When someone finally came out of the magical surgeon's door, my husband asked her to cancel his appointment since he no longer felt comfortable letting this practice operate on him. Someone I could not see snapped at him that he was made to wait because skin cancer patients mattered more so they came first, which still does not explain asking him to come at 2:30 and then ignoring him for hours. Another woman, who gave her name as Lauren, said no, that wasn't true, he just made his appointment for late (which he did not choose to do). Lauren then yelled at him that "he knew what he signed up for" when he made his appointment and that he should have been told to expect to sit there "all day" and also that he should have told her earlier that he wanted to cancel so she didn't have to touch his chart, though she had not been there for us to talk to. No one was. Lauren also said she could not give his co-pay back because that person wasn't in, though she said he was going to be able to get it back (I have my doubts). She also yelled at me that I had to call the number on the card she handed him because she didn't owe us any explanations for anything. I am moving my entire family away from this practice, as I am now of the opinion that we cannot expect compassionate and respectful care here. This place needs to be shut down. Aside from all of the terrible reviews, they genuinely do not care about patients. I went in for my first appointment and the woman who was "treating" me NEVER looked at me, not once, she stared at her computer and literally refused to look at me? She also refused to describe the prescriptions to me and sent them to a completely different pharmacy that I've never heard of. She literally didn't even tell me the name of the pharmacy so I had to call around and see which pharmacy my scripts were sent to because they weren't answering their phones. On top of it all, the one time she did turn around and face me, she had a dirty fake eyelash stuck to her scrubs. Just disgusting. If I could give 0 stars I would in a heartbeat. read more

I had 2 appointments back to back that were never booked. My first appt I show up and they say i don't have an appt and the doctor i was supposed to meet with already left for the day. Luckily though, another doctor who was leaving said she would stay and see me. The next appt I show up and AGAIN they say i don't have an appt. This time though the doctor said she wanted to go home for the day so I would need to make an appt for another day. I ALREADY MADE THESE APPOINTMENTS! I made the appointments with the girls at the front desk, they handed me the little appointment reminder cards, and when I show up they say there are no appointments in the computer for me for ANY day. You lost a patient. I am going somewhere that has a scheduling system that works. I've NEVER been somewhere where they lost my appointment, let alone twice in a row, and refused to see me. After calling them, I was told that they left me a voivemail canceling it, also three weeks ago, and a different agent told me that the doctor had an emergency today and had to cancel. I've had annual checkups for 40 years and never had any biopsies done on moles. Ive seen multiple dermatologist in my life. 2 years ago I started foong here and both visits they are taking multiple biopsies. I dont even get a phone call about the results, kust another bill on top of my copay for $100+..This place is money oriented..be prepared to get biopsies if you go for a checkup.. read more

Dr Shazia Saif is very professional and goes everything with me in detail. I think it's difficult to find a really good Dermatologist these days. For years I had a doctor that would lie me on a table and spend a good 10-15 minutes on each side making sure not miss any precancerous growths. I've been to many dermatologists and I think Dr. Saif is very good at what she does, though she could spend a bit more time really looking over my whole body from head to toe. read more

Medical liaisons, Beth and Ericka, are worthless in their job duties. I called for 2 months to get an answer about use of a prescribed steroid medications, and they refused to get an answer for me --or the dr refused. Either way, Beth and Ericka are worthless in their jobs -- which makes this medical practice dangerous. What their practice did to me is called "abandoning a patient," and drs are NOT allowed to do it. Their licenses could be compromised for doing this.
