Over the years we've had a few leaks but nobody made as good of an impression. I was there for the appointment this time and their team were extremely polite, efficient and reasonably priced. I half expected some hard selling at the end to increase the price of the job, but they just gave us an honest, affordable price for the fix. When alerted to the problem, he was so rude & mean denying any responsibility. his true character came thru. he started throwing accusations about the electrician. I made phone calls to L & I about this guy. Had I known who Home Depot was hiring to do the installation, I wouldn't have gone with them. I'm pursuing this thru his insurance. I never received an apology from Rufus, he's not a good guy!
