They come out twice a year to inspect and clean from my understanding. Yet everytime they come they tell us that something needs to be fixed or changed. One of the minisplits has spit water for more than a year and they keep telling us there is nothing wrong. They stated it needs to be cleaned and it will be $1500. Then another minisplit that we don't use started randomly icing up we noticed because it was cracking from the ice. It was off! So we called and they said the refridgerant has a leak and it will be $2000 and they have to wait for a part. waiting for part and now our main 5 ton ac unit is not working and they stated they would be here between 8am and noon. It is not 3pm and they still haven't shown. Parts warranty is supposedly only valid through them. It's only 109 degrees today.
