Only just asking him questions about what works would be performed . I never had gone thru this type process before so it was confusing to me. I searched around for others, he called back and apologized for his demeanor wanted to move forward I gave him a chance. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER !!!! Don't do it. He told me it could be 2-3 days top. Once he laid the option out on me. I assume he was very professional. Told me the crew would start on Monday. Once Monday came, the guys were on the way already. I felt a little relieved. soon after received a call from Joe saying out of 9,200.00. the guy Zack wanted a deposit of 5,500 dollars before work began, acting like it was a separate transaction orthe option I could save 350.00 and pay the total amount today. Well, everyone wants to save money in a crisis. It was all giggles on his part. Once the workers started the day.and when the ending of this day It was explained to me that they had to get that type of money to the owner Joe and that they didn't want to be responsible for someone else money. because it was such a large amount. THEN I KNEW JOE WAS A LIER. The following day, no-one came until later around 4pm and only 2 workers.They were already at. Another Job.It was said that it was a fire emergency. I couldn't understand that. He's in the plumbing industry. Well i accepted the emergency. The pipes were laid and the plumbing was off. The next step was removal of the concrete.Here's where it goes interesting Overlooking the estimate document on that morning i was asking questions about the removal of the soiled wet concrete in the bathroom. it was in the contract to remove that. verbally before work began with JOE. I was told by the workers that it would be removed.They took lunch and I was doing a visual inspection myself.The same soiled concrete was poured back in. I reached out to JOE. He Went off!!!! Talked over me, worst felling ever no questions asked. told me i was talking to his workers in a bad manner about the bathroom issues and so on... When I finally got to speak I am taking to him concerning the estimate and details and what we talked about in the beginningbeforegettingthe job , when it boiled down to He told me that it's costing him to buy additional materials and the price would go up. He cursed me several times and was very, very high strung, cursing ,very disrespectful. I explained and asked the workers did i offend them in anyway they said absolutely no. Then he told them to leave the job as He also lied on me and said that i told them to leave.. So to get my home filled back in with concrete. They put the old wet soiled concrete back in the hole. My nerves could not take it. I ask the worker to call his boss and he did.JOE hadn't idea that he was on speaker phone. THIS MAN JOE THE OWNER OF 50/50 PLUMBERS Was Rude called me That Fu**ing B**CH. Doe no apparent reason Hw didnt and didn't want to honor his estimate and work. He only wanted all money upfront. The workers by me looking at their eyes and reactions seem to be use to him talking that way to people. I wanted the work completed after all I had went thru totally a scam move. DON'T GET HIS SERVICES OR YOU WILL SEE WHAT THIS MEANS TO YOU HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER.... Nice in the beginning talking about whatever it take to make you Happy All Lies. MY PICTURE WILL SHOW PROOF. By the way, most of the people he hire except for 1 all had jail tattoos. And I add it took them 5 days to complete the JOB. WARNING . There also was concrete all over my wall/ ceilings left .

I did not have a good experience with this company at all. The technician who came out was…read moreextremely rude and unprofessional. I originally called for a diagnostic, but they went ahead and did additional work without my permission or even informing me -- and now I'm stuck with an expensive bill I never agreed to. When I asked questions to understand what was happening, the technician kept brushing me off, saying "we just have to go," and wouldn't explain anything until I insisted, as a paying customer, that I deserve to know what's wrong with my unit before they leave. Even then, the explanation was vague and the attitude remained rude. When I brought up my concerns to the owner of the company, he was also very dismissive and showed no interest in resolving the issue. Instead of listening, he threatened to take us to court if we didn't pay the bill. And now, simply for asking questions and advocating for myself, I've been placed on a "do not service" list. This was an extremely unprofessional and upsetting experience from beginning to end. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I recently had some foundation problems and needed Nathaniel Rooks to move my HAVC unit for the people who worked on my foundation. Nathaniel noticed my HVAC was over 15 years. He told me he wasn't trying to sell me a new unit, but he could get me a new one. This would save the cost of moving and replacing the old unit.
