I spoke w/the owner who asked that I go to a different place. 1 of the workers there wanted to glue my antenna back onto my car. Another worker correctly advised that it would have to be replaced. When I spoke to the owner of the car wash after many attempts, we agreed to meet Sat.3/14/2026 @ 10am at his car wash. He didn't answer the phone and didn't show up. The same workers that were there Wednesday acted like they had no idea that I was the man whose antenna they broke. Antenna replacement is not cheap and this place doesn't want to pay to have my car's antenna properly replaced!!

I took off one star because a) they pressed enough buttons to change my GPS system to Spanish and changing it to English was a complete pain and b) they took everything ... I mean everything ... out of the glove compartment, center console and door pocket and tossed it into a plastic bag ... leaving to go through and reorganize things like registrations, insurance, etc. another pain. I'll definitely go back ... I'll just ask them to not press buttons or pack up those areas.

I was shocked as they showed me they couldn't remove a spot on the leather- they sprayed "window cleaner" on the leather seats and scrubbed the leather away right in front of me revealing the material underneath, what they believed was a spot to be removed, instead making the damage worse. The owner could tell I was shocked and began applying his go to "special conditioner" on the leather, however the leather was already damaged beyond repair. If you need a carpet cleaned this is a fine spot but do not trust them to clean leather. I was charged $250.
