When I let him know that I had limited availability, he worked with me to send his technicians out to give me the "All Star" treatment within the same day. I had my SUV "cleaned" on 07/28. I'm a contractor so there was dust/ grass etc especially in the trunk areas. The tech was late and did a bad job, the cleaning was not very detailed, dust still left on door handles, heater vents, cup holders etc. I even called the owner Mike during the visit to tell him the tech needed more time because the cleaning was not up to par, he even had to borrow my vacuum because his broke mid cleaning and instead of asking me for a vacuum or going to get one he was literally sweeping the carpet with his hands . I sent Mike a text message expressing my dismay along with some pictures but he did not respond smh. They responded at 3:17 (by this point nearly an hour later): "I am going to reach out to technician to see what's going on. Can I give 10 stars? Shahiyd did an incredible job on my dog hair covered, stained messy car. I didn't have much hope in it getting really clean, but it is like.new! And the price was so affordable. I got an interior detail and wash and they did a really nice job. They're very professional and even came out again when I let them know that there were some streaks on the windshield inside the car. The only miscommunication was that I thought detail and wash was $110 but all of it was $140. That's a pretty good price considering you can wait in your home while they clean your whole car for you and you don't have to wait in some waiting area for an unknown amount of time. In a couple weeks, I'm hoping to call them again to touch up the paint on my car. Great job! read more

I called a week in advance and scheduled a full detail of one my cars. I even emailed a few days in advance confirming the appointment and asking if they would be able to give my second car a wash. Not only did they not respond to my email, but they did not show up for the scheduled detail. I didn't receive a call or communication of any kind. Called and was able to make a same-day appointment despite some rain. They come to your car, which is super convenient. Tyree was punctual and accommodating. They were able to get the lingering smell out a 7-passenger van which is used for long-distance traveling. The technicians arrived early; they were prompt and ready to go. VERY professional. As soon as I handed my keys over they went right to work. I called yesterday around 5 pm asking if they could squeeze me in for a next day appointment sometime early in the morning and they told me they could drive to me to do a full detail the next day at 7 am. It was a last minute gift idea for my boyfriend so I was excited they could accommodate me. They were right on time the next day (which was earlier today) and were nice enough to take my car to a parking lot nearby since there wasn't enough room to detail my car outside of my house due to lack of street parking.
